Purchased for spouse to assist in workouts. I'm using it too. Outstanding board. No joke with this board. It does give you a useful workout. Very effective and easy to assemble and fold to put away. Great item! So glad we bought it. Highly recommend it. Versatile too.

TLDR: Not a high end piece of gear but works quite well, is sturdy enough for a big guy and travels easily.Pros:Built well - It’s plastic but doesn’t feel flimsy. Light weight - Good balance between light and durable.Rubberized hand grips feel good and don’t slipCompact - Folds in half and has built in handle storage. I like the outlines to show where to put the handles.Travels well - folded it fits perfectly in a carry on suitcase. It has no metal parts so goes through security no problem.Cons:Instructions - they don’t say where to place the pads in the bottom. I just placed them where I thought and has worked fine. The instructions also show different hand placements than the board. Not a big deal.Case doesn’t latch closed - it folds in half and has several places for what latches but none come with it. A piece of Velcro slipped through the loops would serve well. Not really needed but the handles can fall out.

Works as described but feels a bit flimsy at times. Needs like a rubber pad to stabalize completely. Hasnt slid on me but feels like it wants to. Other than that its a workout. Will definitely hit the upper body and core good

Easy to use just plug and go, hits all the muscle groups you want and need. Can support a 230lbs man so pretty sturdy to recommend to use as portable workout machine.

This is easy to use. It comes assembled. The grip is strong and sturdy. Its not too big and folds up pretty small. Functions as you expect. Not a bad value for under $25.

Bought the 26 and 1 push-up board from seller BerLeg but when it came it had material from Lalahigh fitness. No instructions or guide on which pushups work which part of chest. Board is light plastic and if you use the outer most position it bows in middle. Also had a few QR code but when scan took me to Facebook personal page no longer exist or a personal WhatsApp chat. Lower stars due to lower quality, lack of instructions and believe this is resell of other products. But will use and update review later.

It’s great that it works different muscle groups depending on where the handles are, it packs up the handles into the base for easy storage or for travel.
