My mother used the Purewick system but she developed an allergy to the material on the wick. We sae this and the reviews looked promising. When I first opened this, I thought there is no way this is going to work, but it does! It has been a life saver. It did take us two tries to get the hang of out but patience paid off and it has been working well consistently. It is compatible with the Purewick pump which is great. Highly recommend.

We paid $60 dollars and does not work. A good idea but faulty system. When the person in bed moves, starts leaking. Can’t return. Sad how they get seniors, no idea where the positive reviews are from. We tried it hoping to save my father some money. Maybe I get a response from the company.

UniSUC should be used in hospitals. They used Purewicks on me which was a nightmare because of consistent leaks, kept me awake and felt wet all the time. Fortunately, the tired nurses changed me multiple times, but definitely at the hospitals and staff expenses.As a first-time user, UniSUC was easy to learn how to use single-handedly, videos helped. More importantly, UniSUC absolutely kept me dry throughout the night with ease, unlike other brand. As far as cost, there's no doubt UniSUC is helping me save money. I truly recommend this product to anyone with urinary incontinence problems 🙏

Mostly works. When applied, picks up about 75% of the urine. Still leaks some but for the most part works well. Less to clean up after for sure.

Complete failure. The nipple is designed all wrong. Hose will not stay on as attachment point is tapered and slippery.I am using standard Purewick hose.

When I first bought this product, it worked very well. Kept my wife dry at night then all of a sudden it stopped working no matter what I did to try to make it work. It would not so then I thought it was just the frame, but you cannot buy just the frame you have to buy pad wrong with it when I first bought an extra patch. I don’t need any pads please think about you selling the frames a heavier duty frame

These are a game changer for Purewick users. These are SO MUCH BETTER! My paraplegic mom is so much more comfortable and it’s less than half the cost so I’m thrilled. 3 nights 100% success. With Purewick we were lucky to have 1 night. Thank you!

I was skeptical about trying this, but it truly works. My mother had been using the Purewick catheters, but they are costly. So, I decided to give these a try. My mother is very satisfied and feels that they stay in place much better. She finds that she can move more freely without concern of it coming out of place. They are a huge savings too.Follow manufacturing device for cleaning. In addition, I soak the the device for several minutes in water with a “small” amount of bleach every so often to keep bacteria from growing in the tube. (Use your own judgment.)She uses the Purewick pump and tubing with the Unisuc device. The Purewick tubing fits adequately. She has been using Unisuc for about one month, and it only became detached one time during that period. Maybe a tighter tube fit would be better or just reinforce with a little medical tape. But honestly, no true complaints.
