I’ve been using ColonSweep for a few weeks now, and it’s been a great addition to my routine. The strawberry flavor is pleasant, and it mixes easily with water. I’ve noticed a reduction in bloating and feel more regular without any discomfort. It’s vegan and gluten-free, which is a plus for me. Highly recommend for a gentle cleanse.

Its taste is mild, it doesn’t thicken and it makes my insides calm and happy.

I took as instructed, but didn't change anything else about my routine. Used the entire can, twice a day for the first ten days, then once a day until it was gone. Modest intestinal discomfort in the early days, but nothing that would prevent me from using it. After a week or so, I had a handful (not like you're thinking) of simply magnificent bowel movements - two footers. But, alas, I did not lose any weight or experience any of the other benefits promised.

Love it but you do have to be careful because it does clean you out

Not a bad taste, started working instantly

I like others was looking for a cheaper version of Colon Broom. I was drawn to Colon Sweep because it has even more ingredients than Colon Broom and all of them seem to be beneficial after some research. I was able to have a decent BM the next morning after taking this in the evening the day before. The taste is like others have said, with a cinnamon flavor with a hint of a strawberry but there is cinnamon bark in the ingredients so I think it just overpowers. I feel like this doesn't chicken as fast as other psyllium husk products as well which makes chugging it a lot easier. To me, it's like a spicy strawberry margarita mocktail. So long as I continue to have regular BMs, I'll continue to use this. I'm a very irregular person so to produce results this quickly is fantastic. Will update my review if anything better or worse happens!
