Assumes Youβre Flexible and Can Tolerate TUT Exercises
Wow, where do I start. This is certainly not what I class as a beginner yoga flow. I found it more to be a Time Under Tension hellish workout. Definitely not for someone like me who has limited flexibility at the moment and added weight around the middle. There is Spanish music playing as loud as she is talking and I found it hard to concentrate. I was assuming yoga to be calming and mindful but screaming muscles and grunts of pain (both mine) drowned out my ability to relax and breathe. I am debating returning it as I doubt Iβll ever be able to use it.

Brilliant Yoga DVD for all levels.
This is a great exercise and relaxing yoga stretch DVD. It is broken up into AM and PM yoga exercises, but you can do them any time of the day really. I found them both to be relaxing, meditative and yet gave me a good workout, so much so I ached the next day. The AM session I actually found harder to get into the correct positions with than the PM session. I am not new to exercise in general, but I am a complete beginner when it comes to yoga, so as a beginner I found both sessions generally easy to follow and do, but because of my lack of flexibility I did find them more tricky to do than an intermediate or advance yoga student would. Having said that with practice I know I would get flexible with the sessions and this DVD certainly did not make me what to give up (as some Yoga DVD's have done in the past). I have all of Jessica's Walking workout DVD's, which I do highly rate and recommend and those were the only reason I bought this DVD because I love Jessica's workouts and her as a trainer and a personality. I highly recommend this DVD and all the other Jessica Smith ones to.

Really enjoyable.
I've tried various yoga workouts in the past, but I've never been flexible enough to get the most out of them and would quit before I could build strength and flexibility. I am over 200lbs, unfit and not flexible in the slightest. I just tried this workout for the first time this morning and it really is the first yoga routine I've actually enjoyed. Jessica is great at directing beginners and challengers and the routine isn't asnt rigid as most, she makes it clear only do what you can so there is no pressure to do exactly what she does. I really enjoyed it and will definitely continue with this programme. Highly recommend.

Brilliant for beginners and beyond!
I love this DVD and use it all the time for stretching and exercises and it always makes me feel better. Jessica is really good at motivating you during the two 30 minute yoga exercises. One for a more energising routine and one for a more relaxing routine at the end of the day. I would recommend this to anyone.

I bought for the wife and she likes it as she cannot go to the Yoga meetings at present.

Yoga stretch for beginners
I am using this video with a couple of friends twice a week and we enjoy it. I wish the background music was off at the end to listen to her taking us through relaxation. Interfers with her voice.

Great yoga routine for beginners
I was a complete beginner at yoga , in my 50s. The energising flow is a great routine and I have improved after using regularly for a few weeks. Really makes your body feel better afterwards, including posture. The relaxing flow for the evening I don't really enjoy as I am not flexible but will persevere.
