I have a 38 waist. What size should I buy?

I would buy xl, I don't like them to tight.

Max, YES they have a fly. I ordered two sets (6 pairs): size small. The fit is perfect, the price is great and they are really comfortable and sharp looking.

The size: Are the sizes in US sizes or Vietnam/ Chinese sizes? If it US then XL would be preferable for me. I will love a response.
