Bought this as a fun gift for a family member. Was not pleased that the box was damaged, the glass looked like it had been returned and packaged incorrectly as the polystyrene holding the glass securely in the box was broken in sections and appeared to have been put in the box the wrong way causing the box to become out of shape and bent. The lid was not even closed on the box.Put the item straight in the bin would not give this to anyone. What a waste of money.

Defective glass
My glass may be defective as when i try to drink, the drink does not gently run down and out, it spurts straight out. I had also gotten one for a friend and hers works fine.
