SAMSUNG Galaxy Z Fold 4 Factory Unlocked SM-F936U1 256GB Phantom Black (Renewed)

I received this phone, and it was in better shape than I expected. Set up was simple...All my data and photos copied right over onto the new (Refurbished) phone I had purchased. I have never bought an unlocked refurbished phone this way, but the process was smoothe and I was pleased with the outcome. The picture quality WOWs me every time I take a new photo. Do I regret my purchase??? NOT AT ALL.Absolutely love it.

I bought this oct 18. Didn't use it since its a christmas gift for my wife but 2 days laters after she started using it the inner screen went blank . What do i need to do

So I was worried after reading some of the reviews, but when I got mine and opened it. It looked like it was new old stock. There wasn't a dent a scratch or a flaw that I could find really on the phone. It was wrapped amazingly. At first I was worried that it wouldn't turn on, but I guess it had been sitting there for so long that the battery was just that dead. The process to get my Esim switched over was a bit of a pain, but that was my carriers fault.

The quality of the product was really good.I was very happy with the shape of the phone. There were only a few scratches on the front where a case would have most likely hidden the flaws. The interior screen had one small dent in the top left corner and was not noticeable during use. The major issue was that the Bluetooth was not connecting. This is a known issue with the fold 4. Samsung help sites explained the only way this can be fixed is by replacing the screen. I will sadly be returning the item.

The phone came with some scratches, which is ok. However, it has a faulty hinge and cannot fully open, such that it is flat. When open, its like a book

The phone was delivered though not in the original box. I will give it a 5star. The phone is just like or I can say brand new no physical marks. Please this is good value for my dollars. I can't waste my money to buy a brand new phone. Thanks amazing seller

First of all, I can hear the phone crackle when I open it. Then I realized the screen doesn't work. Why would they send this to me? 2nd, it has a lot of scratches, nicks, and rub marks. The previous owner did not use a case. Not "excellent" condition like I ordered. Waste of time >:[
