Great replacement, but note new fittings size (included).
High quality toilet seat, bought as a replacement after the soft close gave up (over 5 years of use). The only thing to note is that the fittings (the "prongs" that the seat pushes onto) are a different width to my previous model, they are now thicker, but fortunately you get the new fittings with the seat, so it was a pretty simple switch over to the new fittings, fitted from above. All good.

Same quality issue as damage location as the previous one shipped - hinge cracked. No quality control at all before shipment and felt very disappointed.

Works well but overpriced
Had to buy this to replace the existing in our rental property. It is ready enough to replace and it works well but why is this priced so high?

Broken after 7 months
Broken in normal use after 7 months. Cannot return for repair / refund / replace. Not a happy bunny.
