works well & can’t beat the price. just wish each light had the option to adjust temp. they are all controlled by one knob.

I purchased this lamp in February. About a week ago I plugged it in and one of the lamp heads shot out sparks and smoke. I immediately contacted the seller. And we have been messaging back and forth. I have never in my life dealt with such atrocious customer service.I’ve told the seller I am not comfortable using the lamp anymore thank goodness I had no one processing under it. Also, the outlet the lamp was plugged into is no longer working so I need to hire ann electrician on top of it. All they have told me is how to replace the lamp head that blew. Which I 100% percent will not be doing.I would like to add I sent the seller videos of proof that outlet no longer works also.Save your money and buy an actual professional lamp from an American based company.

So this is not going to replace my dryer. This is mainly a heat lamp. If you do a lot of long hair foils you'll like this. It's good for spot heating an area. For the price it's good. I don't believe the bulbs are infrared. I think they're just colored red. To focus on just one area you would need to unscrew bulbs. The reach of the arms is not real far. The heads do get very hot, tho the adjust knob can turn it down substantially.

Once we got the light together we realized that it is not steady at all. Top doesn’t snap on to stand. So when moving you have to hold both. One of the arms also has never worked. We have tried everything and the one arm does not work at all.

Do not buy this, it does not hold up correct it’s very dangerous and can fall.

Its easy to assemble at arrived quickly. works perfectly. I’m able to use this to dry my clients hair and it drives pretty fast my client absolutely love it. It’s very comfortable.
