Why did you pick this product vs others?:This is a great set for the price. The bar is solid stainless steel and heavy. I like that it can be assembled as a short bar (2 sections) or long bar (all three sections). The attachments at the end spin nicely and keep the bands straight, as you curl or rotate the bar in use. The bands themselves seem to be high quality and over a good range of strengths. The extra heavy means I have room to grow with this before maxing out. All in all, I think this is a great purchase.I do plan to buy a foot board to stand on and loop the band under, rather than standing on the band directly. I think this will make it more comfortable and keep the bands from rubbing against me in use. My only complaint is that the carabiners are a little slow to change bands and they sometimes get caught as I move, causing the band to "jump". I'm hoping the footboard will help alleviate that.

I was worried these cables wouldn’t last very long given how affordable they are but they’ve held up surprisingly well!I’ve used them regularly over a couple months now and they’re still holding up just fine. I’m able to carry them with me in my small bag and get a great workout as a result. Very portable and provide a great workout.

They seem heavy duty, definitely a difference in resistance between the bands, super easy to use. I like that it can use them literally anywhere, standing or sitting. These are great for a quick grab on days i can't make it to the gym. The ad does say videos available but theres no links or qr code included in the packaging but luckily there countless videos online so instructions for beginners are easy to find

The handles and the door strap are nice enough. The hooks are secure (a little futzy to change bands quickly during a workout). The bands have good even variable resistance.One of the bands, the x-light one, began to tear after using it. I don't know if I was being too hard on it (I didn't think so, but still possible), but it was unusable after that. However, the company stood behind their product and sent a new set in to replace any that might also show undue wear. Resistance bands can be very expensive, so for the price I can't be happier with this set.

Great band kit for beginners through experts. The ability to take a small kit in my luggage is great. No more 40 max dumbells or waiting for someone to stop stretching to get to the equipment. The ability to use the bands for so many exercises is awesome. Between the size of the kit, the cost savings, weight, and comfort there isn't a real way to go wrong.

Too bad zero stars is not an option. Within less than 3 months of use, the HEAVY band snapped during a workout and the MEDIUM band had a significant tear (about to snap).Product has a 1 year warranty and all over the product page and their seller page they claim, "...if you're not 100% happy with your purchase, please contact us and we’ll do our best to make sure you are a HAPPY customer." EXCEPT THAT THERE IS NO WAY TO CONTACT THEM. No phone number, no email, nothing.I had to call in to speak with an Amazon Customer Service rep and they also did not have contact info for the company even though Amazon is listed on the product page as the go-to for Customer Service for this product. The best they could offer me was a one-time exemption to return outside of the return window WITH A 10% RESTOCKING FEE. Unreal.TL;DR - Avoid this product like the plague. The bands WILL break with any degree of regular usage and there is no way to contact the manufacturer for a warranty claim.EDIT 07/28/2024 - Seller reached out to me and offered a full refund. Apparently, the way to contact them is through the "Message Seller" option on Amazon. I'm happy that they have honored their satisfaction guarantee and to have this resolved.
