I have had two of these 5 blade chopper processors now. The first worked for two weeks (I loved it) and diced my veggies fantastically. There was even a noted difference in my foods flavour! The retractable cord broke and the Seller allowed the return for FREE. I bought same item again and this time the retractable cord extended but would not retract (did not overfill container), as I lifted the lid the 5 blades begun spinning out of the container...very dangerous! I tested this a couple of times to check use of item and unfortunately it is useless!! I had this processor for one afternoon!! The Seller has accepted the return again, but on this occasion is charging me a return fee for this useless item. Makes no sense, won't be buying another. Had to have bigger chunks when cooking. I'm no Chef Ramsey!!!

This is a very handy gadget that chops vegetables well with just a few pulls of the string. Sometimes the blades don't spin properly if there are too many contents so all I did was reposition them rather than remove any of the contents and that helped. The bowl is a good size and the string can take a lot of pulls as I have made a huge quantity of nut butter in it which takes hours to get to the right consistency.Follow up, after three uses I have given up as the string struggles too much and I fear it will snap sooner than later. I think the blender is better for chopping vegetables than pureeing nuts as it is too much stress on the string. The seller was good. They refunded me and removed the issue of returning it.

Does the job but does feel cheap. Hopefully it will last. So far I've used 3 times and it preforms ok just concerned about quality. I reached out to the seller who responded promptly and offered a fair resolution to my concerns. It's still going strong but be warned the blades are super sharp (as they should be)

Very handy in the kitchen, easy to use, dismantle and clean.

It Slice up vegetables perfectly.You do need to cut in small pieces your vegetables first .But I'm eating more veggies 😋, more carrots and celery and coleslaw..,would not be with out one now.They are not durable....not the blade but the lid...this is my second one...But I would not be with out one now... keep the weight off from all those veggies 😜. 5 a dayIt is compact and holds alot, easy to clean afterwards. 💕 It. Slices vegetables in 😋😋 no time.

Love it. Onions need quartering and then chopped beautifully. I then tried carrots, which I had to cut into smallish pieces, and then it chopped excellently. It's simple and very easy to wash. An advert from another source came through to my FB page. I was interested but checked Amazon and the same one was £4 cheaper.. brilliant buy.
