Probably a decent product with horrible design flaws
The speakers, when connected, sound just fine. The "Wireless" aspect of this product is the major design flaw. The directions for updating and flashing the bios - are horrible. After you search their forums for a while, you will find a way to get this done based on other people's frustrations. That being said, even after this, the subwoofer will randomly disconnect from the system and the sound quality falls apart.Honestly, between this and the required use of synapse, Razer is becoming a known disappointment in this space. More money does not equate to better quality in this situation.

INCREDIBLE
Originally I wasn’t going to write a review but I couldn’t help it. I had to share my experience. Also, I may or may not be biased because I have everything Razer, but I went into this cautious because, I mean, these are half 1,000 dollars 😂Worth every penny. Seriously. I only had them at 10% volume and they sounded extra crispy.I dared pump them up to 55% volume and I was blown away. The highs, the lows, everything in between is crisp clear it’s almost unreal. The bass pairs perfectly with the sound. You could probably fill a whole bar/club with these and they would sound amazing. The speakers are also very aesthetically pleasing. Very nice clean look and also nice n thicc. Would go great with any look you’re going for. They’re made out of a beautiful sturdy metal too (I think), and the little knob thingy is so handy!Razer did not disappoint again as expected. If you’re in search of a good sound system for your pc or what have you, then look no further. These are a incredible. Buy them.

Great speakers, loud and nice Bass
This is an amazing setup for music or gaming. I could even see these for use in an actual living room environment as well as the office. The sound is clear and the bass is good. The only issue is with the bass having issues after power outages which require you to unplug it for a few minutes. While an easy fix, it’s not easily found and seems to be a semi common issue when googling it:

DUD SUBWOOFER (2nd PUCHASE!!)
This is the second time I’ve purchased this product. The first time, NOTHING would connect. Thought it was the cord or my outlet so I ordered a new cord and it turned on for 2 seconds before shutting down. Return.I repurchase after returning for a new unit. Everything worked fine for about 8-10 weeks until the subwoofer became a dud, AGAIN. What’s the issue? There is no workaround or fix. Luckily I am in my return window & am returning again. This time im going with the Logitech system that’s 2 speakers + subwoofer for around $200 but also features Dolby Audio (not atmos) so im hoping it may be better. Spatial Audio really doesn’t matter if it isn’t a headset. If the Logitech system doesn’t work - I’ll sadly be hoping my 3rd purchase of this unit is the winner.Absolutely ridiculous though that a $400-$500 is coming with this many issues and ZERO solutions. I see other reviews having the same issue as me so now I just feel dumb for trying to buy new power cords lol.Anyways, don’t buy unless they fix. (As of 01/24/25)

Good sound, but connectivity is a problem
Speakers time out when PC goes to sleep and after that happens, it's very awkward to get them going again without rebooting the machine.

Wanted to love it
Set up was great and everything worked fine for a week and well that's when it would not connect to the sub no matter what I tried. Cust service is horrible so returned and got another product from a different company. Buyer beware

Constant Hardware failure (I have purchased 3 sets of Nommo V2 Pro)
I have had the Razer Nommo Pro originals since release, and they have been an excellent home computer speaker system.I was very eager to try the Razer Nommo V2 Pro. My first unit came in the mail, and I was excited to set them up; the firmware update required to operate correctly message from razer synapse came up.So I downloaded the firmware updater, and for reasons unknown, it failed to update the firmware, causing the subwoofer to become a dud and not connect to the system, regardless of how many troubleshooting steps I tried. So I sent it back and purchased a second unit; everything worked great for approximately nine weeks of light use. Then the subwoofer failed to connect and would not reconnect regardless of what steps I took to troubleshoot the issue, including working with Razer customer support. My third set of these speakers arrived, and I hoped the third time would be the charm! However, it was time to update the firmware, and now its subwoofer is also a dud. This is very frustrating, Razer. I am highly disappointed with this product.
