Amazing goggles! Worth the buy 100%
I've used the Zeal Optics Transcend 1st gen HUD since 2013 and figured it was time to get the newest ones. Best decision I've made in a long time. The goggles aren't as thick or heavy and have a wider FOV. The HUD its self is a lot nicer as well. It is running a seriously modded version of android 4.0 so if you hate android, do a bit more research to see if you really want these... The base OS aside, the ability to view a map while skiing or see incoming calls/texts is great. Controlling your music is very nice if you are someone who has to pull your phone out to change song or volume. The ONLY thing I don't really like is probably an issue for a lot of other people. There is some slight blurring around the edges of the screen. The screen its self can be adjusted slightly but is kinda hard to do without taking off the lens. Overall, it is totally worth every dime. And remember, just because they're "Winter Goggles" doesn't mean you can only use them in the winter. I pop the lens out and put sunglasses on and use these while longboarding.

Very Beta, Hope they keep innovating
Great idea, works 'ok'. Very much like a beta product. If you are looking for a fully featured, app rich experience where everything 'just works', Keep looking or wait. It feels very much like Recon has moved on to focus on their 'jet' product. I hope they continue to innovate on the Snow2 HUD and make the experience as good as advertised.
