EASY to use, fast hair drying and styling in one step
If you travel to the EU this is perfect. Most US hair dryers do not work with adapters. I have burned a number of them! This is simple and works well. LOVE IT!

Stopped working after a year. Back to the Revlon one step
The media could not be loaded. I've used this twice so far and it's currently my number one choice. Been using a revlon one step for over a year. Have very thick, mid-back length, Indian, unruly, wiry curls and waves that go in different directions and change direction mid-strand. The Revlon one step blows out my hair beautifully in exactly 27 minutes which beats every other dry+straighten+curl combo I've tried over years. But in Europe it blew out the hotels plug so I found this that is dual voltage for travel. This one's barrel is wider/thicker so it can wrap more, thicker hair in one go than the Revlon one step. Because it does that, it also blows out my hair in exactly 20 minutes, beating the Revlon and saving me 7 minutes of hair time. Weight is about the same, and handling is about the same, but noise level is slightly lower than the revlon -- see the video I uploaded for a noise comparison, and the pics of the revlon one step and this one side by side. Used it in both US and Europe, switching the voltage, and it worked perfectly both times. If this continues, the revlon will be sitting at the bottom of the drawer from now on.

Toooo heavy, big for short hair
wrong size for my wife. I thought it can be used on my wife hair, but actually not, more suitable for long hair, too big & too heavy.

Travel dryer
Took this to France with me. It worked great in some hotels and not at all in others! Can't explain why, but I kinda feel it was the hotel and not the dryer. When it worked, it was great. I'll keep it for future trips to Europe.

Ignore the nay sayers!
I purchased this brush almost one year ago. I intentionally purchased it because of the dual voltage capabilities. It has gotten plenty of use here in the US and it works just fine. Recently I finally had the opportunity to use it overseas in Europe and boy oh boy was I ever glad that I got this brush. I forgot the little key to turn the voltage from 110 to 220 but a good pair of flat tweezers did the job. It worked PERFECTLY!!!!! There was no buzzing sound or burning smell like you get when using a converter for 110 hair tools! It work just as well as here at home!! I was so impressed and happy as I have traveling with multiple tools that just take up space then burn out when used. Now I just wish that they made a curling iron with the same voltage toggle switch.

Replaced my revlon one step volumizer
I purchased this for an international trip to Vietnam. It was meant to just be for travel, but I love it so much it’s now replaced my revlon one step volumizer. The revlon was way too hot and damaging.

Not a long life
Was great but only lasted 15 months. There must be an issue in the wire because if I wiggle it the dryer will go on and move it ever so slightly and it turns off

Great for overseas travel
This is just like the one I use here in the states that is not a dual-voltage. Something to note though is the adapter plug that comes with this dryer brush did not work in the European plugs I encountered at the hotel on cruise ship. They are recessed with a circle and this adapter doesn't fit into that circle. Luckily, I also had purchased Tessan adapters that did work. The important part of this product is that it is dual voltage and you switch it to the European voltage for use there. Just make sure you have adapters that fit the plugs they have.
