I purchased this charger primarily as a spare for when I am traveling or going into the office. At the time of purchase I owned a Fenix 5X but have since upgraded to the Fenix 5X Plus. Same day delivery and arrived in excellent condition.The cable is approximately 1 metre in length, the build quality is very high and I had no issues in terms of charging or connectivity to Garmin Express via my PC when syncing or transferring music.I am very happy with my purchase, the price point is excellent, fast delivery, it has proven to be reliable and what was meant to be a 'backup' cable is now the cable I use all the time. Would highly recommend to anyone with a Fenix 5 Series watch based on my experience.

Bought so I can charge my watch in more places without having to worry about taking a charger.Very compact but fits the back of the Vivoactive 3 perfectly.Can recommend for the price.

I own a Garmin Vivosport Health Monitor, which I wear on my wrist 24/7 and even 5 or 6 days it needs to be recharged. Garmin provide a white charging cable, which plugs into a USB charging source. I was anxious that I might lose this unique cable, which can serve no other purpose than to charge the range of Garmin Heath Monitors. Amazon offers a compatible cable, which I duly purchased. I purchased 2 such cables just to be doubly sure.I have awarded 4-stars because just occasionally I have found my Garmin Vivosport has not charged when left powered overnight. I cannot decide if this failure is due to the cable or the socket on the reverse of the Garmin Vivosport. The original Garmin Vivosport charge cable has never failed to charge.

Have used two original cables and both suffer from charging issues, evidenced by the watch switching from a charging to non charging state which slows the overall charge or fails completely.This cable seems to be a better fit without being too tight to cause issue when removing. The added bonus is that these are now USB-C rather than A, enabling the use of more common chargers. Great value too.

Rubbish. Totally unreliable. The plug fit is so loose it falls out and even if it stays in it there's no guarantee it will charge. Very frustrating when charging overnight for morning event only to find you still have no charge left. < Expletives deleted >

It is always difficult to know if what you see on line is the right thing and whether to take the chance or not, particularly if in this case the charge connections are not compatible and thus either waste your money or worse still blow up your gadget! However I could not be more pleased with the charger. I have a Garmin Vivosport and the connections fit perfectly and it charges! Very pleased.

I unfortunately lost my Garmin branded cable so purchased this as a replacement. It does what it's meant to, but I have found the connection to be quite fussy and not as secure as the Garmin cable. It's easy to knock out of place and sometimes it's takes a few tweaks to get it in a position where it is sufficiently charging. However, I will say the speed of charging is great once you've got it sorted (and don't touch it!!) and the length is just right for what I need.
