Impossible at this price - yet here we are!
Amazing. I bought this purely to get a remote-controlled volume amplifier, I'm using it with a HDMI audio extractor because the DAC in my TV is terrible. I'm only using it to send analogue audio over a 3.5mm jack from the HDMI splitter, to this receiver and then from there, onto my unusually good speakers which also connect using a 3.5mm jack as well. Absolutely awesome sound quality - you can tweak treble, bass and volume of course, from the comfort of your armchair. It runs cold (never even tried the power-amplifier part of this, my HiFi is in a different room).Sound quality is excellent, it's easy to use, tried the Bluetooth briefly, which also works really well, although not what I bought this for.For this price, you'd be insane not to buy it! Might buy more of these for other rooms in my house, this unit solves lots of problems very well indeed.

A mini hi fi for very little money
I had been trying to find a small hi fi for some time and considered all the usual options.I came across the Roxel AMP 150BT amplifier and simply due to the price I decided to purchase one and see if it could fit into the limited amount of space I had available.I had a pair of Sony speakers from a long defunct mini hi fi which were just gathering dust and an iPad mini 4 that was languishing in a cupboard and thought these items could be given a new lease of life. The Roxel AMP has bluetooth and an aux input so you can link an iPad or another bluetooth enabled device which you wish to use to provide the media you want to listen to. Equally you could plug in a turntable or some other device into the aux input and use that also. The amp has a headphone jack or you can hard wire a pair of speakers to the amp.The final arrangement I have used works very well, allowing me to use my iPad as a media device to listen to streaming services or music I have uploaded. Its a very simple system and as I had all the other items which on their own were orphans looking for a purpose, the Roxel amp has provided the ability to make full use of these items for very little money.Overall this system cost me £35.00 and I have recycled some existing items many of us have acquired over the years.I am very pleased with the final combination as it was easy to set up (including bluetooth connection) and works as I had hoped it would. The amp looks well made, is solid with some weight to it. This is likely due to being 240v and having a transformer inside the casing of the amp and not a separate block which other amps appear to have.Sure, its not a top of the range system but for the money it will provide many hours of enjoyable listening and helps to bring unused items to life once more.

Outputting sound on left channel only
I bought used from Amazon Resale, formerly Amazon Warehouse. The amp was well presented in as new condition, but with, understandably, marked packaging. I set it up with nice quality old JVC bookshelf speakers. Bluetooth connectivity was quick and reliable. I was not impressed with the sound quality and output, but resolved to keep the item as it was cheap, good appearance, and was of use, tucked in behind my TV, for playing music from my phone and tablet. I remained unimpressed. After a week I repositioned the amp for a better look, a better test. To my surprise the sound was coming, in reasonable volume and quality, from one speaker only, the left hand one. Using Youtube videos that offer left and right test tones, and after swapping the speakers and cables around, and after testing using the phone and then the tablet, I concluded the amp was not outputting on the right channel. Disappointing. I have returned the amp for a refund.

Good value for money.
I was on the hunt for a compact amplifier featuring a headphone jack to link up with my PC monitor, and the Roxel AMP-150BT Amplifier met those specific requirements. Given its price range, I must admit I was pleasantly surprised by its performance. When channelled through my Denon speakers, the sound quality is decent, albeit not outstanding. However, when used with headphones, it doesn't quite reach the same level of excellence, often sounding overly sharp and crisp. While I don't plan on utilizing the Bluetooth feature extensively, I decided to give it a test run. Pairing it with my smartphone was a breeze, and the playback quality was satisfactory. There are a few minor issues I've encountered. The rotary controls lack calibration and stop points, making it challenging to precisely set audio levels visually. Nonetheless, the amplifier does emit a beep when reaching maximum volume. It would have been more convenient for me if the AUX input were located at the rear of the unit.In my case, this amplifier will serve as a temporary solution until I come across something better. It does an excellent job of playing Bluetooth devices through passive speakers, particularly considering its affordable price point. Just keep in mind that it may not compete with significantly more expensive equipment in terms of performance.

For £30 you can't go wrong imo
What can you expect of a £30 amp? Not too much right? Well I've had a pair of Tannoy M20 floor standing speaking in my dining room since I moved in almost 10 years ago but have never got around to buying something to connect them to, amps were either too big or required a physical connection. Well I was browsing amps on Thursday and came across this. Couldn't quite believe it, small with separate treble, base and volume controls and Bluetooth connectivity for £30. Why not right? Arrived the next day and within 15 mins of arriving I had tunes out of my 36 year old M20s. Whilst a real audiophile might criticise I'm extremely happy. The sound quality to my ear is pretty damn good, certainly sufficient for background music whilst eating or cooking. On max volume you won't have the neighbours knocking on your door to tell you to turn it down (unless your walls are paper thin) but it's certainly plenty loud enough for casual music listening. With a separate remote control too. I'll say this again, for £30, absolute bargain imo!
