Not quite 10"
The sheets I received are not quite 10" across, they are 9-3/4". Also, the material is a bit tougher than I'd like, but I am not using it for machine embroidery, rather for foundation-pieced quilt blocks. Once I got the hang of how long to make the stitch length, to back-stitch at the beginning and end of seams, and the best way to tear away the material, it worked fine.
