Nice little rack...
Quick delivery, all parts were there and it was easy to put together. Had it together in 10 minutes. The hardware seems sturdy. I had my backpack on it and it stayed on without any issues. Backpack weighs about 25 lbs. Used a bungee cord and had no issues.

Time will tell
Install was easy. Looks good. Time will tell if it holds up.I used my hardware, since the provided ones were longer. The L bracket is mounted on top off the fork to avoid this rub. (Used silicon tape and rubber to protect against abrasion)

Do not buy - Garbage Product - not constructed properly
I was very excited to get this rack. Can hold a decent amount of weight and has the ability to mount panniers. Pretty cool. Then I tried to install it. One entire arm does not work. It’s more than an inch to short and is not usable. I can no longer get a refund so am stuck trying to find someone who can bend the metal in a way that will allow me to use the rack. Absolute garbage. Do not buy. I would give zero stars if possible.

Better than nothing
The rack attached alright after I bought longer screws to go into the P-clamps that go around the front fork. My front fork is very thick; I have a very unique bike apparently. I had someone hold the rack with a phillips screwdriver so I could tighten the locknut on the bolt that holds to the hole between the two fork arms, and the whole rack became bent towards the left. I was able to force the rack to be straighten but the shelf attached to the bolt through the hole between the two fork arms is still bent. Maybe I installed the parts in the wrong order making it necessary for a slack-jawed yokel to hold a screwdriver as I tightened the nut. I recommend performing the construction according to the order in the video on the seller's page so you don't have to rely on some careless individual to hold the rack, and better yet, you can buy a duplicate of that bolt with an allen-head so you don't need a weak-fingered passer-by to hold the screwdriver. This is the second person in a row that I've encountered who needs to learn how to hold a screwdriver while I tighten the nut. All these screw heads should be allen-heads, but they're not; one is a phillips-head. If that screw-head was allen, I could have done it myself. Phillips-head is a terrible design, flathead is even worse. If you lose a lock-nut, you'll have to spend the next hour going to the hardware store looking for one. This product should come with better directions, you might say, but the instructional video on the seller's page is good enough. The problem there is, I didn't have my laptop at the shop where I installed the rack, so all I had to work with was the instructions and a faint memory of watching the instructional video when I bought the thing off of Amazon the day before installation.

Very useful
Put this on a the cheapest mountain bike Fuji makes. Great solution for getting a basket on a bike with suspension forks. Sturdy and solidly mounted to the bike, use it for groceries.

Not a good fit for my Surly Disc Trucker
Where to begin . . . 1) the supplied bolt going thru the fork is 1.5” and as other reviewers have said I had to buy a 2” replacement 2) it’s too small to properly fit my Ortlieb front roller panniers on, I’m sure the panniers are going to fly off on bumpy roads. 3) I could bolt it to the lower bolt hole on my fork but not the upper one, I considered bending it to fit properly but it appears to be so cheap and flimsy it would probably break. 4) there is less than 8mm clearance between my tire and the rack, the poor design in point 3 will probably mean it will shift around and when fully loaded and rub on my tire. Surly is a popular touring bike brand and Ortlieb a popular pannier brand so I would think racks would be made to fit both of these, but not this one. I’m leaving on a 2 month bike tour soon so I’m forced to take this ill fitting and poorly designed rack with me but I’m pretty sure it will cause me lots of headaches

Meant for mountain bike
This rack is designed to be installed on a suspension fork. The p-clamp supplier is too big for a regular sized fork. I adapted it by wrapping inner tube around the fork legs. It works but it’s not very sturdy, and probably can’t support more than 15 lbs. ideally, a smaller p-clamp would be used. The rack also interferes with the v-brake cable housing, which I had to re-route using a full length housing. I don’t think it would be compatible with cantilever brakes, since the rack would be in the way of the cable.Overall, it works and it’s much cheaper than other front rack alternatives, but there is some creativity involved in the install.
