So the bracelet was perfect for me the letters aren’t as dark as the picture shows but that was fine for me. The problem is they wanted me to pay $1 extra for the birthstone and within 2 days of wearing the birth snapped right off 😭

I ordered this bracelet because I needed to customize it for a medical alert against a specific allergy.Unbeknownst to me, after receiving it and wearing it, I started to break out in hives. It hadn’t occurred to me that it was the bracelet reacting to my skin. So, I would take a benedryl or other antihistamine to counter the hives. But only suppressed the hives for 12-24 hours and then it would show up again.I finally connected the dots and noticed that my left wrist (the one wearing the bracelet) was covered in hot red hives. Whereas, my right wrist, which was bare, did not have any hives.Once I realized it might have been the bracelet causing the hives, I took it off and since then I have not had hives pop up!Cheap metal is reactive to sensitive skin. I think I will stick with pure silver or gold as I have never had a problem with those metals.So be careful everyone.

Very nice but the birthstone charm fell off within 2 days of my daughter wearing this. I’d like to get a refund but we already took it out of the box.

This was a gift for my best friend, she loved it! i was able to add her deceased brothers name and make it so personal and caring for her. the shipping was about to weeks which is not bad for a customized order.
