Steel Supplements Rested-AF Post Workout Recovery Aid Promotes Deep Sleep and Muscle Recovery 30 Servings Fruit Punch

After taking this for about 8 or 9 days I feel as if I can give an accurate review based on how I have experienced the product. The flavor is advertised as fruit punch, and while I did not like it at all at first, it has grown on me a bit. The flavor is not the best, but that is not why you are buying this product. I have found if I mix the scoop with 10-12 oz of water instead of 8oz, and just chug it, since its a bit more diluted it tastes better but I am still getting the full supplement. This product does exactly as described by pretty much putting you to sleep within 30 minutes of consuming it, so long as you are not staring at a screen or have the lights on or anything. It also makes me feel well rested even if I get less than 8 hrs of sleep, but thanks to this product i have been reaching my 8hr goal much more consistently. Great for coming down after a nightime workout or preworkour supplement, and tastes best when mixed with cold water. My routine after a workout in the night is a hot shower, then cold shower for ~5 mins, then this and its lights out. Definitely recommended.

I got this product because I was having trouble staying asleep throughout the night and heard good reviews about this so I thought I would give it a try. It works for me just as I intended. I drink it 30 minutes to an hour before bed and it doesn’t make me tired or sleepy but when I fall asleep I stay asleep very well. If I have to get up to go to the bathroom I can fall back asleep really quick and I’ve had issues with that in the past. The flavor is great although I down it very quick and a bit of an after taste will linger I’d say. When they stress the potency of this product don’t underestimate because I’m 6ft 4in,200 IBS and half a scoop works just as good as a full scoop for me(Might as well to make it last longer). Last but not least when you wake up in the morning to start your day there is no hangover feeling. No extra feeling of being over tired or just wanting to stay asleep. I love this product and will definitely be buying again in the future!

Sleep is one of the most important things a person can do when it comes to muscle recovery, learning a particular skill, and/or maintaining emotional stability. After trying a lot of over-the-counter sleep aid products, I realized that I wasn't getting the kind of quality of sleep I'd expect from a "sleep aid" product. A lot of those OTC actually decrease the amount of REM sleep, which is probably the reason I felt drowsy in the morning for the first few hours of the day. I am a 50-year old retired Army vet, and for various life & combat experience reasons I have difficulty falling and staying asleep. The VA prescribed Ambien to help with that, but have been trying various other herbal natural sleep aids to move away from relying on that for sleep, due to the long term link to Alzheimer's. Nothing else really helped... until I found Steel! I exercise daily and LOVE all of their workout supplements, like Amped-AF & Pumped-AF & Adabolic, so I figured I'd give Rested -AF a try too. I fall asleep at the same rate as I did with Ambien, I seem to stay asleep better, and I feel better rested when I get up. This stuff is the real deal and has seriously changed my life at this point, because I was able to stop taking Ambien AND I'm better rested, which means I'm in a better mood, not as irritable, have more energy, and am better able to function at work and with my family. This unfortunately does the opposite of what it's supposed to do, for me. I have been taking it a week now and whenever I take it my heart rate increase and my breathing becomes irregular, my mouth tingles, and it keeps me awake. Ill take it around 11pm and won't fall asleep till 2-3 (not looking at screens). When up I feel kinda out of it and it's hard to focus for an hour or so.

Supplement did not give me the results as I had hoped. Found about this product from coworker who really liked this product and swore by it. For me personally,did not help me fall asleep as quick as I expected,made me feel a little "groggy" next morning. Used this product for about 4 days and determined it was not for me. I guess I'll stick to regular Melatonin or ZMAs as a sleep aid when needed.

Great product!!! This stuff is powerful! The only thing I would recommend is to start off with 1/2 scoop and assess tolerance. I started off with 1/2 scoop and I've been taking it for a week now and I'm still not taking a full scoop yet. My sleep has been awesome. I feel myself falling into a deep sleep pretty quickly. I usually sleep between 4-6 hrs on average. I wake up feeling well rested and rejuvenated even on those nights where I get 4 hrs of sleep. Great product. I recommend this to beginner as well as the experienced fitness enthusiast. Or the everyday person who needs to get a good nights rest to be as productive as possible the next day!

So, I did everything directions said, even googled and you tubed best way to use product...I couldn’t sleep. If you want to be restless, dizzy, and wide awake this product is for you. If you want sleep, look elsewhere. It also messed up my morning workout. Really disappointing. I’ve taken many supplements in my time and this experience wasn’t good.
