Take two capsules with or after food daily is the advice on the bottle. I've been taking these for couple of weeks and not noticed any side effects. There is a continuous flow of improvement from being to take this type of supplement. The previous brand I had was similar and the effects seem to be as consistent with these. There is no aftertaste and I will continue to take this type of supplement because it does feel like my ability to focus has improved.

Got on NMN after following David Sinclair and hearing the research on it. This is one of the few companies selling the recommended dosage of 1000mg/ day (two capsules) and at what seems excellent value compared to other brands. The tablets match the organoleptic features of NMN, and the opaque bottle means they don’t photodegrade.Been taking these for two months now, and 100% notice a difference. They’re a dietary supplement, not a medication, and it surely takes a little while for your NAD+ levels to rise, but after a few weeks I have definitely noticed more energy, reduced need for sleep, it’s easier to concentrate, and my skin looks fuller and smoother. Brilliant supplement and hope to see more benefits with continued consistent use. Gonna keep taking these and try to live forever!

Took me and my partner about a month to notice changes, and they are subtle but definite - more stamina, a bit easier to wake up, need a bit less sleep, skin looks fresher (could be the better sleep??). Don't expect magic, but so far, for us at least, there's a valuable effect and we shall be continuing.

This simplescience NMN is priced extremely competitively for a high quality, British made supplement. The potency is also stronger (as it should be) than many competitor brands. If you want to follow Dr. David Sinclair's protocol, a couple of these a day (2x 500mg) will do the trick.

It gave me a lot of energy, I didn't feel the need to drink coffee during work and a better performance doing physical activity. The dosage is perfect and the quality impeccable. Im feeling productive and younger, definitely buying again!

I take a lot of supplements and researching them is somewhat of a hobby of mine so I was pleased when I saw this available to try. I like the fact this is UK based and I did a little bit of research on the brand before I requested the product and I was happy to give it a go.This is one of the better value NMN supplements I have seen as well.The main claim for NMN is that it can help to slow down the ageing processes in the body, especially those linked to weight gain. There is also a claim that it can prevent age associated changes in gene expression.I personally noticed that this does give me an energy boost and I feel a bit more clear headed. I have a few injuries and this has been helping me to keep physically active and I feel as though I have been ‘bouncing back’ a bit more quickly after working out or just being active in the day with general life tasks. My sleep has also improved. However, I will mention I do take a fair amount of supplements but adding this in has been a help.I have not had any adverse side effects from this.There is some controversy surrounding NMN as a supplement, especially in the US so I would suggest to do your own research on this and any other supplement before you take it.There are great YouTube videos discussing the benefits and controversy around NMN. There are also studies that you can Google.Please also be mindful if you are taking other supplements and medication alongside this. And it’s a good idea to look into the ‘cycling’ of supplements as some are not meant to be taken every day without a break.Supplements have transformed my health for the better and helped me greatly with my injuries but you have to respect them and make sure you’re well informed before starting.Overall, I am happy to recommend this supplement and brand 👍👌
