Love this hat..I went on a cruise ans it was exactly what I needed.

Cheaply made, but the price point was perfect for the party I got it for! It was fun and whimsical and stood up fine.

I did not request a refund for my captains cap! I like my captains cap! Unless, I accidentally pressed a refund button, I DID NOT REQUEST A REFUND FOR MY CAPTAINS CAP!

Got this hat for my grandson for when we go on the boat. He loved it and we have a lot of fun with it.

I thought that is was going to be a kind of elastic head band because it's meant for kids, but it's not. The back looks like an ordinary baseball cap which I feel takes you out of the illusion.

Hat was shipped in an ENVELOPE so the foam that makes it stand up was wrinkled and crushed. We tried to iron the hat so it wouldn’t look so chintzy but no luck. Also the Captain logo is off-center so that also looks cheap and ridiculous. Terrible quality. Yes, it’s part of a silly costume so we weren’t expecting it be high quality but at least try to make it presentable in public. Don’t waste your money, there are a zillion other vendors out there to choose from for these costume hats. Maybe yours will have an insignia that is straight!
