Perfect product, the car was completely changed, the audio was perfect and very easy to install, we did it ourselves, they sent a USB with a video tutorial, which was not necessary to watch because it was very easy, highly recommended.

Great upgrade to my 2011 CTS-V. Works just as described. I had to make slight modifications to the bracket that holds the original stereo and I installed the camera that came with the kit because it was higher quality than the original. It fit in the old camera bracket and running the wires back to the head unit was easier than expected on the coupe. Despite the few barriers I encountered the customer service was superb. After contacting the seller through WhatsApp I immediately received a response from Kiwi who had a video tutorial to address the issue. Once I made the modifications it was a perfect fit. What was unexpected was that Kiwi checked up on me daily until I completed the installation, sharing wiring schematics, installation videos and operating tutorials along the way. Very nice product and great customer service.

Great quality and very easy to install, u may need to do some trimming on the back depending on ur cars model but u will get a great fit and it looks pretty good

The item claims to be android 13, but it's android 12, they said it works with aftermarket amps, but there's no remote on hot wire from the unit to turn on the amps so it doesn't really work for aftermarket amps system, customer support as of now has been unresponsive, I even put WhatsApp on my phone but still no contact, so I'm sitting with my dash is all taken apart and can't proceedOk found another problem, the counsel trim pieces have a tab on them to keep them in place, the tab is supposed to go into the radio bezel into a slot, but there's no slot and either you'd have to remove the tab from the trim piece but it would most likely not stay tight against against the console, or do like I did and used a dermal and cut some slots into the bezel, not what you'd expect from a $740 unit

Looks and sounds amazing it uses my factory Bose amps and speakers, my A/C and heat controls are now on screen along with all other operating systemsIt also gives the modern look to my out dated dashboard it fits perfectly after I moved the control board on the back up because it wouldn’t let me push it all the way back at first. Pro tip the control board can be unbolted and moved up on section to fit. I love it!! I just wish I could find a piano black console kit to match it.

Bought this and I installed it , and I had no heat controls , messaged the company and they answered in less than a minute and a couple of pictures later and all FIXED , my son loves this for his car. I highly recommend this product!!!!

I bought this stereo for my Cadillac and it was just as advertised. Very nice quality display and fit perfectly into dashboard. Easy install and great customer service if you need a little help. Excellent fitment and appearance / many features / superior sound quality and video display. Had issues with the backup camera but customer service was top notch and responsive, even FaceTime'd from China to check my wiring installation!
