stops the neighbours bright blue, flashing, crimbo lights interrupting my beauty sleep. Not as good as double lined curtains I have in lounge but more than good enough to do required job. Chose dark colour as advised for maximum light blocking. Amazon's quick delivery truly appreciated. Great value and sure have helped keep room a degree or two warmer as well. So double benefit. Well finished and stitched and dark grey looks very smart.

The quality of the curtains is fine, they're a little darker in colour than I was expecting (I ordered dark grey but they're almost black), but they aren't very thick and don't fully block light, more like 80-90% when sunlight is directly on them. They're only slightly thicker than regular cutains so I doubt their thermal properties too. The previous thermal blackout curtains I had, which attached to the back of regular curtains, were thicker, heavier and blocked much more light.

Why did you choose this product over others?:Surprisingly high quality material, even exclusive. It looks better than in the pictures and in this price range beats all the competition. Curtains very well sewn, there is nothing to find fault with. I recommend the product definitely.

Ok bought these blackout curtains recently, in forest green in 55width and 106 drop (3 pairs because there was no wider curtain) to cover my mahoosive bedroom bay window, my previous curtains were too light. So, I'm very pleased with them, I've only put two pairs up, these curtains are quite soft, I was surprised, normally blackout curtains can be stiff and not have a nice feel, these do and hang quite well, the stitching quality is not five star and neither is the curtain but nonetheless I think they look good and who's going to look closely enough really, these curtains are not lined either but again for me not a problem, I did put up some voils in my window too just to give some backing and extra privacy for me, they work well together, quite lightweight too so there not going to bring down the curtain rail😂, waking up this morning it was bliss, they kept the room dark, obvs I do have a small gap at the top but easily rectified if I adjust the hooks on the tabs to a different position, but not sweating about it at the moment. Overall I'm very happy with these curtains, they do the job, now ive just got to paint new colours on my bedroom walls to go with the green, job for another day😂, I've put a photo on taken about 8am on a sunny morning. I think the darker colour of curtain you go for the better.👍
