Bit noisy
Louder than my last one as I have this in the bedroom so Iām turning it off at night

Received something that doesn't look like what's in the advertisement and doesn't work well, does pull moisture out of the air but does nothing to reduce damp

Arrived broken
Arrived and didn't turn on at all. Submitted a return request and have had no response.

Good value for money
Order arrived ahead of schedule which in my case was a benefit. I use I to keep moisture levels down in our bedroom overnight and it seems to have improved it. It comfortably sits on the window ledge and is very quiet.
