Is this price for a pair?

It comes with a pair and inserts to make up for different sized bars. My curl bar is smaller than my bench, so the inserts come in handy there.

I need a clip that will open completely to go on the inside of the barbell for a prosthetic arm to have more stability. Does this open completely?

I think so I only used them temporarily to hold up a malfunctioning hydraulic chair

Do all size clips fit Olympic bars of 2 inch diameter ?
