The I’m As Big As height chart is a 2 meter high, wall mounted, childrens (and adults!) measuring chart that allows you to document your growth and learn some weird and wonderful facts at the same time. The list of heights chosen for this beautifully crafted, card height chart are both cute and hilarious. Find out if you are as tall (or short) as anything from the worlds longest mustache, to a T Rex footprint, a red post box, to King Henry the eighth. From Pele to An Oscar… I’m As Big As is the ideal present for new parents or any little ones birthday.

It's great but...
Ok- I really like this chart. It is not too cutsie. It is gender neutral. It has great measurement goals like "the height of a prehistoric rodent", and "largest known watermelon", and "most expensive teddy bear in the world". However, there is math involved in actually placing your child's height on this chart unless you live in a place that regularly uses the metric system. That's right- everything is in cm. Which is fine. It just isn't what the doctor measures my son in and so I had to find an online converter ([...] I'm not complaining- just wished I had known. The other thing? It is, apparently, UK-centric so I now know the most expensive teddy bear is 43,000 pounds and a average height of a British woman is 164 cm (with a red post box being 163 cm). Again, is this bad? I don't think so but it is another thing that would have been good to know. I am now going back to reading everything on it because it is that interesting.

The height of fun!!
I work in a pediatric medical clinic. Pretty much every single one of the kids we see loves this height chart! It's always the first thing they head towards when they step in the room. It's great for getting kids engaged in conversation when they might otherwise be feeling nervous or bored. It's also a great educational opportunity. Not only can you finally find out how big a blue whale's heart is, but you can also explain who Elvis and Marilyn Monroe were.To those who have commented that it's UK-centric and metric. These things are certainly true. But I've found that it's fun to look up some of the things that we might not otherwise be familiar with, and it's got me more comfortable with doing cm to inch conversions in my head.I certainly haven't found that it's too heavy. It's attached to our wall with regular thumb tacks.I haven't seen anything else like this. I love it!

Great! But you wil have to cut it or pin it at bottom of baseboard.
My boys love making the comparisons to different animals, people and items as they grow. One warning, as others have mentioned, is that you need to pin it all the way down at the bottom of the wall, by the floor/carpet. No allowance was made to hang it above a baseboard. I guess you could just cut off the bottom portion (what kid is 6" tall, anyway?). We're in the US, so my kids have an opportunity to learn something new when they don't recognize an item (Red Post Box, etc). It's very tall, so I think they'll be able to use this until they go off to college.

Heavy so falls off the wall
Unless you staple it to the wall, this height chart is so heavy it keeps falling down. Also note that it is in cm, something we somehow missed in the description. The benchmarks are pretty darn cute, and fun to think of our toddler as the height of a goblin, etc.

This. Is. So. Cute
The photos do not do it justice, this is absolutely adorable. Everyone in my family and pretty much every guest that enters our home loves looking at this on our wall! Even the adults always want to be measured to see where they fall on the chart! As stated in the description, it is in cm, which is annoying for us US customers, but it took just a few minutes to make marks for "feet" and it's definitely still a great purchase. Will be repurchasing this for gifts!

Lots of fun
This is a cute and clever growth chart. My visiting nephews insisted on being measured and measuring everyone in the house. It is a bit heavy and keeps slipping down. Also, many of the measurements are British and hard to understand. I mean, how tall is a stack of Pounds?

The char has a bunch of random items to compare the height against. Informative and creative height chart in comparison to all the other ones out there.
