AVENGERS: ENDGAME

Great movie

This is a great film that has climaxed at the end of 22 previous Marvel films. It has everything, humour, action, twists, sad moments and one of the best villains in action films, Thanos. Up there with Darth Vader for me. Not seen a Marvel film anywhere like this since they made it.

Is the movie enjoyable? Yes. Is it the best of the Avenger's series? No.The visuals and CGI are stunning but and it's a big but the writing seems lazy. It contains a whole road full of plot holes, which fans will largely overlook and forgive. My main gripes a massive salute to the woke culture when an army of females turn up to do what the men can not except for Black Widow who is used as the token sacrificial lamb along with Tony stark. This however pales alongside the hole filled lazy get out of jail free use of the cliché use of time travel and the almost insulting mishandling of the Hulk and Thor. Would I watch the film again? Yes.

This was probably one of the best films I have ever seen. I have followed the Avengers films which has led up to this. It was superbly executed from start to finish. Casting as ever was perfect. All loose ends were tied up. In short brilliant, exciting with a genius story line. 3hrs of pure spectacular entertainment . I might add that I am 67 years old which proves how this film reaches all genres and age groups. It’s going to be a tough act to follow.

Thought this was a really good film. A lot of emotion as well as action. I think it helped that - with suggestions that it is the last - there are some really conclusions to come to; it made for a more meaningful story arc. I really enjoyed the final battle at the end, different from the previous Avengers schtick. Overall, very good indeed!

Endgame, ENDGAME (cry) what can I say about endgame! I spent the majority of the film snuggled up like a half developed cocoon into my girlfriend on the couch crying! My girlfriend told me to man up but she doesn’t understand what It was like to grow up with Robert Downey Junior, “I am Iron Man” (I’m crying right now writing this! The tears started flowing soon as the intro started. I felt like a baby being transferred from breastmilk to solids, full of emotions. I knew I needed it but I wasn’t ready! During the duration of the 3 hours of watching this film my nighttime garments and sofa fabric was soaking due to the continuous flow of water exiting both tear ducts. In fact I checked my sofa fabric 3 days later and it’s still damp! Don’t even get me started on Robert Downey Juniors credit are the end! That smacked me straight in the feeliums, 10 years of emotions all at once!

Tony shouldn't have died.

Off and on I must of watched this 7 times or more over the last year. Whow, such quality of film making. Marvel does it again. Blown away by the sheer magnificence and actor-ship of this. However... Thanos has the Pim particle vile... Remember !?! And new generation "3000" et al., Come on... Next adventure. And not Black Adam please equivalent.
