Have read reviews and must repeat one review stating that this is not a answer for weight loss , the other thing to take notice of is getting the right size , to small and it will be very tight and to uncomfortable to wear , first time I tried this and I got the correct size , I can feel vest pulling tummy in but not to tight so I can still move about with ease

Sizes are very very wrong. Buy another product
Avoid. Very poor quality and wrong sizes. (Yes I know its supposed to be compression)
