More than I expected
I had knee reconstruction 7 years ago, but have had many occasions where my knee collapsed since the graft turned out to not be a complete success. I'm still quite active (black belt in taekwondo) and was advised by a Consultant that I either have further surgery (not really an option) or to wear a brace as I could do further damage to the knee. I bought this brace and now wear it Taekwondo training and find it excellent, gives me a lot more confidence and feels solid and secure. The shortness off the calf straps also mean I can now go skiing again.
