Better than expected
I waited almost 2 months to write a review but here it is: (got the $800 one w/SSD)Received the computer in perfect condition. Was inside of multiple boxes and had protective layers in and around the pc. Very pleased. Hit the on button, (the very cool white led downward facing button) everything ran fine. Fortnite, pubg, league of legends, all running at very good frames per second and running on High settings.Decided to put it to the test. Bought a HTC Vive and several games, namely Pavlov and Beat Saber. It runs everything just fine! This desktop is VR ready and for only 800 dollars. Wow.All in all the components are solid. The 128gb ssd is a bit small, but for booting windows quickly it's decent. I was worried about the ryzen 3 not having enough power to play some of the more intense games but so far I've found that the weight of the gaming experience (for vr especially) lies heavily on the GPU (the mini gtx 1060) which handles everything I throw at it like a BEAST.Both the motherboard and the graphics card are mini, thought it would be an issue but it's totally not. In terms of using this pc for strictly gaming, it performs well. The case itself is beautiful. The white interior makes the led fans really pop, and the fans are literally silent. From the other side of my room I can't even hear this pc running. If you are looking for a low budget pc for VR or good 1080p gaming this thing is great.(Also, use ASRRGBLED app on the desktop to change the fan light colors/ effects)

Don't buy from Skytech!!
First off let me start by saying that this a beautiful computer, but sadly that's the only good thing I can say about it. So this computer that I purchased was a gift for my wife. It was a "just thinking of you" and "it would look good in your home office" type of gift. My wife works from home and mainly used the computer for emails and other work related stuff. We did get to game together and mostly played Raft, Carcasonne, and Conan Exiles together, nothing that stressed out the computer. The computer was purchased on 10/29/18 and delivered on 11/2/18. Pretty fast, but that might be Amazon's thing not Skytech. After using it for less than two months, the computer crapped out!! It died on 12/24/18 (R.I.P). When turned on, it went straight to a BIOS screen and would not go further than that. This is where my troubles begin.... Now don't be fooled by Skytech's claim to have "industry leading" customer support. It's a claim that's advertised on their website. Skytech has no customer service. I'm not a computer expert either or else I would have built one myself. So, that day I tried to reach customer service ,but was only greeted by a voicemail. And the voicemail message states "mailbox is full and cannot leave a message." I sent an email. OK, I understand the holiday thing. Skytech's website advised that I can leave my name, email and phone number with them and they will get back to me. On the 26h I called later in the day because I still hadn't heard from their customer service. It wasn't until the 27th that I got a hold of someone, by calling because they never got back to me, that he advised the hard drive failed. Ok not a big deal, I know that they don't make the internal parts themselves and they might have received a defective hard drive. Or maybe they are using used or refurbished parts and advertising the computer as new. So, that day (still the 27th) the customer service representative said that he will send out a new hard drive and it should be here between 3 to 5 days. So I waited. And Waited. After some time I called to check the status of the delivery and again was greeted by their answering service. On 1-7-19, 11 days later, I finally got the package I had been waiting for. But 2?? Skytech sent me two hard drives. No instructions or details on what to do with these hard drives were included. I tried calling each day and each day no answer. Inbox was full and unable to leave a message, again. Was finally able to leave a message on 1/10/19 and again on 1/11/19. After waiting for too long, on 1/11/19, I opened up the PC, flipped a coin in my head, and picked one of the hard drives to install. Once powered on, I was delighted to see the windows logo and soon the windows 10 installation steps. Problem solved..no not really. After windows installed I still got an unusual error, but at least it's working...for now? At least my nightmare is over as I thought I bought a $800 pink brick. At the time of writing this review, I got a missed call from Skytech, 6 minutes before they leave for the day on Friday before the weekend.

awesome, but a few problems
this pc runs games like overwatch, fortnite, and csgo at uptra/epic settings with 100fps and no problems.. but ive had a few others. the headphone/mic jack doesnt work correctly which makes me use a usb mic, so my setup is a little weird.

Cute not functional/BUYER BEWARE
**UPDATEDI was hit by a truck last year so now I am forced to basically be a recluse. I work from home so my computer is very important, it is what pays my bills and keeps me alive essentially. After 6 months of use the motherboard and gpu burned out (I am not doing anything wild on this pc) They sent a faulty GPU and then made me send my entire pc back to them to which they replaced the entire thing. After 3 months of use the GPU burned out again, I called they sent a GPU that lacked the second monitor port I needed. When I brought this to their attention they told me it was my problem not theirs. The customer service is horrible, don't confuse them honoring a warranty with good customer care. They do that because they have to not because they want to. Issa $800 light up box.I wish this was a happy story however while the appearance of the computer is as you see the tech and functionality is very poor. Save your money and just build your own rig or buy one that isn’t this one. Very unfortunate.

PERFECT!!!
We absolutely LOVE this gaming PC!! I really wanted it at first because of the pink and white, looks super clean and pretty. My man agreed to it because of what it can do and has inside it. He is adding more RAM and an SSD (I don't understand that stuff, but I'm sure most of you do) and he is going to take out the red LED fans for his computer and get me pink ones. I figured I'd take a picture of the keyboard and mouse that came with mine since there aren't any other pictures on here of them. Now that I have it and have used it, I love it for way more than just the looks. It's super quiet, runs fast and smooth. I've showed it off on Facebook and will be on Twitch streaming soon as well. Just in LOVE with this gorgeous girl!!! (We call it our baby girl) lol
