I finally found an almond milk that is unenriched. Which is no added phosphates, low potassium, low calcium, lower sodium, and sugar free, and is great for my special diet. The taste is good, creamy, shelf stable, in a quart size and reasonably priced. All that I have been looking for. Hopefully it will remain that way.

This almond milk is very creamy which I like. The flavor is great, not too strong, not too much of almonds, just right. Works well in anything - coffee, cereal, with protein powder. I prefer buying organic or sustainable almond products when possible just because of the correlation with dying bee populations, so I was happy with the value for this organic product. Also happy that they didn't add the calcium carbonate, very hard to find.
