They are as described. I like that they have a sticky side that will hold the lift in place.

After having one hip replaced, one leg was 1/2" longer that the other. I started using these heel lifts in the shoe of my shorter leg to even me out. I like being able to move the lift to whatever shoes I am wearing. They work well for my purpose.

They arrived quickly. They price was very reasonable. They have sticky stuff on the back to help keep them in the shoes. I think after trying them I would rather have full insoles.

These are perfect for my needs - a bit of lift in one shoe to even out my balance/stance. I also like that my heel doesn't stick if I go without socks. Price is good enough to have shoes pre-fitted since I only need one per pair of shoes.

Love that it did not affect the shoe fit. Stays in place.

The material is the heel lift is great. However, they are too wide at the back for some of my shoes. They work only in the hiking shoes. Still searching for an option that doesn't collapse and is narrow.
