Before when I ran it hurt - now it does not. Thus, this works.Wear it tight and wear one on each knee, even if you only have one bad one, if you are running else you'll counter balance and end up buggering up something else.

I already have some knee supports for general use and when I am cycling. I was after something that would give me more support for when I was pushing myself or working legs at the gym, as I felt that I was being held back out of caution.I purchased the advanced option with the gel patella support and the flexible support splints on either side of the knee. I looked up the sizing chart and was suspicious as it seemed to indicate a larger size than I would normally wear. I trusted the manufacturers on the basis that Amazon returns are fairly painless. I needn't have worried as the larger size was a good fit.In use I have found it to be comfortable and breathable, I don't get too sweaty underneath it. It offers a very good level of support without being too stiff. I can do decent sets of leg work with confidence that I'm not going to make anything worse, and I am able to do exercise that improves my own supporting mussels.

I suffer from arthritis, specifically in knee area. Give it a little cold, or wind and I will have to stuff myself with painkillers, which will only slightly help with this numb pain. Encouraged by positive reviews I went for upgraded version and I am using it almost everyday (British weather, yay!) and believe me, its such a relief... I wasted lots of money on compression sleeves before, but none was so good and comfortable to wear. Dont believe in these negative ones, just make proper measurements and pick up your size correctly. If its not too big difference like in my case, go for a size smaller.

I mistakenly believed that as this was described as anti-slip it had the silicone band around the top. It didn't, so immediately I tried it on it set off down my leg. Added to that it then rolleddown from the top and this was before I had even tried standing up.Now in all honesty I cannot wholly blame the sleeve as I have big thighs, but it does tell you to measure at a point 6"? above the knee cap so it is acknowledged that thighs are bigger and we do not all have un-tapered legs so an anti-roll strip at the top seems to be a necessity.The fit around the knee felt very promising when I was trying it on and I had high hopes.If you are one of those strange people who's thighs do not taper then this might be the product for you

I bought this knee support to help protect my knee while I'm cycling as I had an arthroscopy some years ago and it tends to feel a little fragile. I have been using it and I don't know if it makes any real difference to the knee joint, but I feel much better wearing it. I am in my late 50s and have a pedalec e-bike that takes some of my pressure off my joints, but I regularly cycle 20+ miles and the support gives me added confidence. It arrived quickly. I have washed it and it still feels snug when wearing it.

Really great product. It's comfy, and made of materials that I don't sweat underneath it. Looks good and the metals bars down the side seem to add a lot of rigitidy.Size is spot on, using the size guide. Obviously it's for men and women so a different size to what I'd normally wear is to be expected.Had a few issues and the Kuangmi support team were on it and so helpful.Hopefully my other knee never goes but if it does I'll be getting another Upgrated support here!

Bought this to replace a very heavy hinged knee brace, I still use that brace but using it daily was actually negatively affecting my knee, I also have to wear it over clothing so people notice it..This brace is much lighter in weight. I find the support with the springs is okay for light to medium use, if I was doing more walking or demanding activities I'd probably revert to the hinged brace for my knee.What I really love is the this fits under my leggings, jeans and trousers - so it's barely noticeable - which I love.Delivery wasn't quite as quick as I'd have liked but then I didn't realise it was coming from the other side of the world - could job the sizing was true to the guide.

I had high expectation of these knee sleeves but was left somewhat disenchanted. I opted for the size indicated for my knee size. I found them easy enough to put on and they feel very comfortable but the problem that I had is that they slip. The non slip material around the inside of the sleeve just doesn't seem to have the desired effect.I wore them hiking up and down Snowdon and they slipped. I wore them whilst doing squats at the gym and they slipped again. Needless to say you get no support at all once that has happened. Having to constantly pull them back up again rather defeats the purpose of wearing them.Disappointing.
