Stopped recharging - Updated: Anker sent me a new one
Didn’t last one year with not a lot of use. Battery simply won’t charge, appears that charging protection has been activated, stop using.Update: Anker reached out to me, offered me a replacement battery free of charge, even thought the purchase was made long time ago. So far all good with the new battery. Excellent consumer and product support, giving it 5 stars due to the company policy.

When I receive the items the power bank is separated from the box and the power bank was in the caseAnd it has a big dent on the side

Compact and works reliably
I bought this Anker powerbank because it was cheap, and it has a screen that displays how much battery is remaining and how much longer it will take to charge.It works perfectly well; I have owned it for over a year and I take it on all of my travels.The only time it did not charge (and the only reason for rating it a 4, instead of a 5) was when I had a USB-C charger from a competing brand; I believe this is because the power bank needed a specific voltage and amperage that the charger could not deliver.The provided pouch helps prevent scratches on the screen of the power bank.
