These black dining chairs look so luxurious and high-end. The velvet fabric and back ring pull trim give them an elegant, modern feel. One of the chairs had a loose screw, but the customer service was excellent, very easy to communicate with, and they sent me a brand-new replacement chair right away. Great product and amazing service!

I think the chairs look great. They're comfortable to sit in, and I'm happy with them.The only reason for four stars is one of these was absurdly difficult to assemble. I've assemble a lot of furniture, but this one took me a solid hour or so to get together. I'm thinking the whole didn't line up real great or something and that caused me a lot of problems. But I did eventually get it.One of the chairs is also wildly uneven. The adjustable feet are nice, and they did help me make the wobbly chair level. But the foot I had to adjust is screwed almost all the way out. I'm hoping it stays in.
