hi my loft opening is 720 x 570 will this be a problem

Hi the opening size needs to be 726 x 562 the internal lip of the hatch as fixing holes to enable it to be screwed to the timbers which form the opening.

Yes it will. The required opening is 562mm X 726mm, so you are just oversized and will have a 2mm gap each side and 4mm each end. This is within tolerances (the fixing lugs are designed to allow for a small difference). The frame is 25mm or more on each side, so the gap is not seen from below. I would personally fit a short strip of (say) 6mm wood at one end to reduce the 8mm end gaps a little, but it will work without.
