These have been great for not only checked baggage, but also our backpacks and duffels when we go camping or boating. They stand out, they've been very durable so far, and they're easier to read so less people try to take our luggage off the conveyor belt.

This keeps my frequent flyer luggage tag secure, prevents it from being broken by aggressive bag handlers and looks great. My last tag was pulled off/lost when I checked my luggage and the plastic tie did nothing to really secure it. Now I feel confident that this tag will survive the roughest handling when luggage is checked.

Gave to a graduate as part of present. They loved it.

FIRST REVIEW: Seem like they would be great - entire family has been trying for over an hour to open them and they unscrew and stop - so we go the other way - same thing. We were only able to open 1 out of 5 and will be returning. So frustrating!!!!!UPDATED REVIEW: Okay, so I am one of those people that will work on something way too long - because I want it to work out. So I took these to a comfortable place, and spent about an hour getting them all open and then put them on each suitcase. That is my only complaint - they are very high quality and we kept them. But they are a NIGHTMARE to open AND also to screw on. But once they are on, they will most likely last for years, so if they can mark one side with black or red or SOMETHING, so you know which way to turn to open it at first - or even a plastic tape on one side - this will be so much easier to figure out, and I would give 5 stars!

Very nice item but not ideal for luggage being checked at an airport. 1st flight and the tag was bent. More ideal for carry on luggage.

I travel a lot internationally and find that these luggage tags last longer than any others I have ever tried.

Just don't close one in your car door -- it will bend and you'll never be able to straighten it or open it ever again.

These are tough but not indestructible. I travel often and both of the tags were bent after one trip. They are not completely destroyed but do require some reshaping after each trip. putting them on checked baggage will reduce the lifespan.

Delivered within a couple of day or ordering. I am delighted with the product. Within minutes of delivery I received an email from the supplier containing a link to a pdf template allowing custom cards to be produced which are guaranteed to fit the holder. The card holder and fastener feels robust and makes it very easy to change cards. I will use the produce as a luggage tag and so will wish to change the address displayed as my journey progresses. This is an observation and not a criticism, I suspect that the most vulnerable part of the product is likely to be the clear flexible strip which covers the front of the card/address label which may get scuffed. It would be good to be able to buy a set of custom cut replacements or am I just being lazy? A clear acetate sheet cut to size would be just as effective!

Decisamente la migliore etichetta bagaglio che abbia visto sinora.La maggior parte delle etichette ha spazi microscopici per scriverci l'indirizzo o cinghiette che si rompono facilmente. Questa né l'uno né l'altro.E' realizzata in alluminio ed al posto (o insieme) all'etichetta in dotazione ci si può infilare direttamente un biglietto da visita. Oppure, in caso di vacanza, un cartoncino con l'indirizzo temporaneo dell'albergo, da rimuovere all'arrivo e sostituire con quello di casa per il ritorno.Io ci ho messo un biglietto da visita capovolto, scrivendo sul retro, in italiano ed in inglese: "Indirizzo completo all'interno - Full address inside"In questo modo i miei dati personali sono al sicuro da sguardi indiscreti ma accessibili in caso di necessità.Per fissarla c'è un cavetto d'acciaio con chiusura a vite, l'ideale per evitare uno sganciamento accidentale.Il tutto è anche un bellissimo oggetto di design, che valorizza una borsa di pregio.In conclusione, non è regalata, ma è fatta come una etichetta deve essere, si presume duri nel tempo e quindi è un buon investimento.

These tags are great. Tough and easy to attach, it's easy to change the address inside and I have several. There is one caveat though - you need to think about where you fit them. I had one at the end of a case where it protruded slightly and it got bent by the airport handling. Once bent, it is pretty useless as you cant get the slide in or out to change the address (hence the loss of a star). I repeat though, they are great, I have several and use them all the time.

Arrived promptly. Sturdy metal tags. On one side a plastic cover protecting an address label. On the reverse, you can make your own flight details label and slip it in though there is no plastic protector. Would be nice if the tag enabled you to place both an address and flight label securely with a plastic cover. Over all though I am very pleased with the quality. After purchase, I requested some labels and was sent a PDF. Great service.

Unlike some "luggage tags", these are serious business! Constructed very well of aluminium, they will take a "regular size" business card, either in portrait or landscape layout (with a caution - if printed to the edge, this edge-printing would not be visible), and secured to the case using a short steel hawser with a threaded coupling. Templates (free) are available for both "serious" labels (name, address, etc), but also "fun" labels (paws off, not your bag, don't even think it, etc), as well as plain colour swatches (not sure where these come into use!). Either way, well-made and secure well - thoroughly recommended.
