FIBERFIXTotal Repair - Accelerated Instant Cure Super Glue

I first found Fiberfix at my local grocery store and loved it. It came out of the tube slightly gooey. More like a gel. And when I shined the LED light in the back on it, it cured instantly in less than a second. This made it excellent for things like repairing a glass sculpture where I needed something thick enough to fill gaps, clear, and that cured instantly so I didn't need to use any clamps.My grocery store ran out so I ordered more Fiberfix on Amazon. The packaging is the same, but the actual glue is slightly different. instead of coming out of the tube slightly gooey, the stuff I got at Amazon is very runny.... the same consistently as regular liquid (non-gel) super glue. Also it takes about 2 seconds to cure under the LED light. No more instant cure.I suspect that the stuff I got from Amazon is just fresher. The gooey stuff was probably just older. However, I still like the glue and it still works. I can even make it gooey by partially curing it with the light before applying it.Biggest downside of this glue is the packaging system. Like many super-glues, once the package is opened the glue has a finite shelf life. Come back a month later after opening it, and there's a decent chance you'll find it as hard as a rock. Also the cap has issues unscrewing when you come back to it. If this happens to you try pushing in the cap before turning it.It's also somewhat pricey for glue.Overall I still rate it 5 stars, because there's simply no other glue available that does what this glue can.

I bought 6 of them. All 6 came dried out so no it was a complete waste of my time. Thankfully I we as refunded. They discontinued the old version of this glue and that is the type of glue that I was sent so it seems like it was bought in both by a company and now they are trying to sell it but I believe the reason that it was discontinued is because there was a problem with the packaging which caused all the glue to dry out. The new version of the glue in the better packaging is awesome like the glue used to be. But as far as I know they are not selling that type of glue or they weren't when they sent what they sent to me

I bought this to fix the tail light on my '99 Camry. It got rear-ended a while ago and this pushed the bumper and rear quarter panel up a bit into where the light assembly is. As a result, the plastic on the light assembly split apart a bit, and some of it pushed out, away from the assembly. I've attempted to fix this with clear packing tape, but it never really held it together and you could tell that some of the plastic still wanted to push out (in MA, you're not supposed to have any obvious cracks or chips in a light assembly if you want to pass state inspection). I decided to give this stuff a chance, hoping it could bond the two sections together so that nothing was pushing out anymore. I was skeptical, but it actually worked. It probably took about 2 minutes to make the fix and it's held for a few weeks, so far. The car passed inspection and I'm sure I'll find some other uses for this stuff in the future.

I used this to repair some broken dashboard and center console plastic pieces on my 20 year old car. It works well with the included LED light making the glue setup in a few seconds. There isn't that much in the bottle, and so I ordered a 2nd bottle. It arrived quickly, but was totally empty. I requested a replacement which was again sent quickly, but it was again totally empty. I sent a message to the manufacturer, but never received a reply. I sent back both shipments for a full refund.

I followed the instructions and nothing came out of the dispenser. I suspected that the glue was dry and I checked the inside of the dispenser (it is easy to open, the bottom just snaps out). The dispenser contains just a tube of glue that, as I thought. was solid dry. I am not the only one with this problem. Judging by the hundred plus of reviews with the same problem it looks like JBtools has no quality control in place and ships out a product that has a high likelihood of being completely useless. In addition to get a refund you have to ship at your expense, and the bulky item shipment costs almost as much as the original price ... I just tossed it in the garage can,.

This stuff just revolutionized the super glue industry. I have fixed broken fridge door shelves that hold water and milk, baby gates, car seat plastics, kids toys and the rubber on my glasses that sits on my nose but fell off. The consistancy is perfect, not too thick and not water. It dries very quick, fully cured in less than a minute when using the light. It gets super hard too. I guarantee that you’ll fix whatever you need glued together forever. I just ordered two more of these, I’m now finding stuff to glue its so good.

I bought this to glue a small piece of plastic on the corner of my laptop. I followed the directions on package. The glue doesn’t want to come out of tube. Had to take top off to get even a small dab of glue out! Glue was like thick jelly! I was able to get a single blob out, thankfully it was enough to glue the 1/2 inch long piece of plastic on my laptop! The glue did set up with light! But I won’t buy this again as it is far too expensive, and far too thick to use, I only got one SMALL use out of entire tube!

I had great success with product when I first used it several months ago, but haven't had the same experience with the last purchase. The tube I got was all dried up and I nothing would come out. I returned it for another one and the same thing happened. I have returned it and am waiting for a replacement. If it happens again, I will seek another product. I only have given it this many chances because I know that it works so well.

I have used FiberFix glue before which is AMAZING! I ordered FiberFix but received J-B Weld SuperWeld glue instead! It was dried out and unusable! I was not able to return it because it was too late! I don’t understand why Amazon is not sending what I originally ordered and substituting my order with a crappy dried out product. If you can find FiberFix glue, it works! I used it to fix a very heavy brass lamp 2 years ago and it is still holding up! I’m amazed that it worked because that lamp is so heavy, I thought for sure it would collapse but it hasn’t! I also used it on a wobbly 6 drawer dresser and the dresser is very sturdy! FiberFix is my go to glue for everything but I can’t seem to find it anywhere anymore!

Acabo de recibir el FiberFix Total Repair Glue y viene totalmente seco, ni una sola gota tiene el envase. Es una pena que quieran engañarlo de esta manera
