Great seeds, planted some in northern California multiple times in a year - no issues with germination, great yeld.

Seeds Don't sprout...
I needed just a bit of grass seed to fill-in some small bare sports left over from winter. I prepped the spots by raking, then added a very high quality top soil to bed the seed in. That was 3 weeks ago - we live in the PNW, so spring can be late.3 weeks later and still no grass sprouts - and I watered every evening. Not doing this again.
