Works as expected. Fits NATO/OIC.
I purchased this to put in my NVG helmet mount for a headlamp I bought and it fit well. It was a little snug in the mount but I was still able to get it to snap in no problem. Durable and the color blends nicely with other gear of issued color.

There seems to be some play when secured but other than that it seems to be durable and as advertised.

Stayed Put!
The clipping mechanism stayed put and worked well with the army helmet my husband has. It may he’s the color well and seems to be performing great.

I have an Ops-Core helmet and it fits perfectly on the nvg mount.

Useable.
It’s a good mount if you’re not going to put it anywhere else or have NVGs mounted. There’s a little wiggle/play on the mount when in my HHV and ACH rhino mount. I would recommend if you’re gonna mount the Streamlight Sidewinder, and plan on having NVGs in the near future, I would pass on buying this. However, this does the job of holding the Sidewinder
