WAERATOR 3-in-1 Fully-Automatic Rechargeable Electric Wine Opener with Foil Cutter & Wine Preserver

I am a wine girl with more than a passing interest in this extraordinary beverage. Wine has been a passion of mine for more than 35 years and I have spent years working on the production end of making wine in two very active boutique wineries. I've seen a lot of wine gadgets, but this is the first that I've experienced that makes the opening and re-corking process as simple as this does for the home wine enthusiast.The first thing you will want to do when removing this from the box is plug in the opener to fully charge it. Everything you need will be right inside the beautifully done box (which is totally perfect for gift giving if you choose). The manufacturer provides you with the 3-in-1 Rechargeable Wine Opener and Electric Vacuum Wine Preserver, 2 Bottle Stoppers, a Foil Cutter, a USB Charger with wall plug adapter and a User Manual. When you first plug in the wine opener to charge, you will see that the operation button with the logo glows red. Once fully charged this will glow green. Opening your bottle from this point on is pretty much effortless. Use the enclosed foil cutter to cut through the foil on your bottle neck with just a squeeze and twist. The blades are very sharp and this cutter made a very clean cut to remove the foil covering the cork. To remove the cork place the opener on top of the wine bottle, making sure it remains in an upright position and not at an angle to the bottle. Press the power button briefly to turn on the opener first and push down just a bit over the neck of the bottle. The corkscrew sensor will spiral down to enter the cork, then it will automatically remove the cork from the bottle. Once the cork is out and you remove the corkscrew opener from the bottle, the same sensor will automatically reverse the corkscrew and eject the cork for you.To keep your wine tasting fresh, re-corking becomes just as easy. The top has a rotating ring with an arrow and numbers to let you twist it marking the date you opened the bottle. I used my left hand to turn the dial while using my other hand to hold the base. Once set, you simply insert the bottle stopper into the bottle mouth, push down, then use the 3-in-1 vacuum pump to remove the air the same way that you used it to remove the cork initially. This helps to preserve the integrity of the wine, as any oxygen exposure changes the chemistry and taste of what is in the bottle. I really like the simplicity of use for this product. It can make anyone look and feel like a wine enthusiast and expert in their own home.

I enjoy a glass of wine each day and this device is now making this experience more enjoyable. It does come in a velvet lined box inside, makes a great gift. it is already charged , so is ready to use. You get the opener, two bottle seals, the charger and sealer cutter. The cutter makes a clean cut, is safe and simple to use. Once you cut the seal, you turn the Waerator on, press the button, put it on top if the bottle and it does the rest. It has a blue led light so you can see it working. It pulls itself down onto the top of the bottle then pulls the cork out. Then it turns the opposite way and releases the cork into your hands, could not be any easier to open a bottle of wine. Then you put one of the stoppers that come with it, turn it to the day you are using it, then put it into the bottle. Use the other end of the opener and it vacuums the right amount of air out. This keeps your wine fresher longer and is perfect for people like me who take more than a day to drink a bottle and truly anyone who wants to keep their wine fresh. Then when you use it again, change the date and you will always have fresh tasting wine. It is well made, has a good weight to it, love the color and you can tell it will last.

This could have been a great wine opener and vacuum sealer. However, Foil cutter wasn’t good quality, broke almost immediately. It does not hold a charge. USB cable does not make good contact, I have to run the cable through a cabinet handle to get the right angle and even then keeps losing contact?I’m ready to ditch this one, but don’t know what to buy to replace all the functions this opener/preservers has.

This product makes opening wine easy. It is very easy to use. My only complaint is that the foil cutter drops off easy from the product.

Every time I want to use it, its dead. does not hold a charge

I wanted an opener that would pull all the cork out. This one failed to do that. I needed a screw that would penetrate the whole cork. This one did not do it. The bottle sealer works well

I wrote one negative review and felt bad so deleted it. But now this one will stick. My first problem was that after charging eight hours and opening one bottle only it worked fine. But then kept flashing red and green. The instruction manual is sorely lacking. There is no what if... section. I kept recharging for two eight hour times and it finally opened and sealed another bottle. Yippee! Then my third bottle. It crumbled the cork in a great wine. And there is no way to get the remaining cork out of this opener. I’ve tried chipping it out with everything I can think of. Of course the instruction manual is lacking. So now it would go in trash, except the lithium battery means I’ll have to make a special trip to a special recycling center. Too bad because it’s a great concept. Also the foil cutter is useless.

I just love this wine opener set!!!! Just when it came I was so impressed by the nice presentation, it’s super recomendable to make a gift or for yourself if you really like wine or don’t know how to open a wine manually like myself lol.

Il y’a avait un petit problème avec l’article. Il n’etait Pas comme je pensais. Le retour et le remboursement ont été fait et tout c’est très bien passé
