I’ve had this heating pad for a few months now and am extremely satisfied with my purchase. I actually bought 2 initially and plan to buy 2 more.The heating temp is consistent and goes throughout the whole pad. I usually don’t go higher than 3 on the temp, I’ve only used it up to 4 which is pretty darn hot to me. The auto off feature works perfectly though I usually turn it off myself.One of the things I like best is the material the pad is made from, it’s very soft and it lays flat and doesn’t bunch up like my previous one (from another brand) that is permanently misshapen.The size is perfect I can lay it across the back of my chair or pillow in bed when I’m sitting up. I can also wrap it around my hip and knee and tuck it to stay in place. I’ve also laid it flat on the bed slept on it to sooth my hip. I’ve also been able to wrap it around my shoulders/neck.The cord length is nice and long so it’s great if your outlet isn’t close by and remote is within easy reach on the cord if you need to adjust your settings.I highly recommend this heating pad.

I’m 35 years old and I have been going through heating pad since I first got my menstrual cycle when I was 16 and I normally only use the old school heating pad. But after my old-school one that I’ve had for years broke, I’ve attempted a few more heating pads and I did not like them. I didn’t like how they never got hot enough! That hitting pad is truly amazing. It heats up to level six which is perfect without burning you but it is hot. Turn off automatically after two hours which is a plus, it’s not hard like the old-school heating pads so it’s almost like a blanket instead of a pad, which I absolutely love because I can literally put it around my whole stomach and sides, and it feels so comfortable. No I’m trying to fight to get my heating pad back from my Chihuahua and from my daughter because they love it just as much as I do!

It’s large and soft. I love the auto turn off and the 6 levels if heat is great for choosing the right setting for pain.

The pad is ok but just did not work for me. Maybe ok for chair so you can lean against it. Did not work for me.

This covers my whole back and shoulder area offering warmth and relief from aches and pains.

Updated Review (July 11, 2023) I received a replacement unit from the company because of the heat setting issues I mentioned below. I can now give a full 5 star rating as this pad provides heat at the settings expected and no longer has an issue moving from high to lower heat setting as stated earlier. This is a luxurious heating pad that is so large, soft and comfortable to use whether it is for your shoulders/back or to wrap around a leg, it conforms to all. I am very happy and would highly recommend this heating pad to those that need to ease sore or strained muscles.I love this is so large, soft and conforms to body contours easily. This has several heat settings, default setting is 3. I didn’t give this a 5 star rating because if you start at heat setting 3 then adjust down, setting 2 provides a decrease in heat to some degree but if you decrease the setting to 1 it heats up really high beyond the 3 or 4 setting. I have shut it off several times as it feels like it is getting way too hot. If you have sensitive skin, or children I would NOT recommend this heating pad as it is unpredictable and I have burned myself on more than one occasion with the heat setting on the lowest at 1.

Gets very warm, auto shut off and is damn near full body so makes for an amazing experience when sore. Works amazing !

When you turn on the heating pad it starts @ 3. You then have to immediately lower it to 1 where in 10 minutes it is too hot to leave on one's back. We like the size and it is soft but I cannot imagine a use for it because it is so hot. We have two other heating pads that can be left on low for a very long period of time until the pain in the back subsides. We should have returned it right away but we are on vacation and it didn't get done.

Nice long cord, multiple heat settings, very comfy on a cold winter night, better than overheating the whole place.

I like the size and the softness of it. It heats up well. Great when my back is tired and sore.

If you want something to warm up your bed before you get in - works great, but not for when you are sitting under it or touching it because it has some hot spots. Inexpensive and can be useful if used to warm stuff, even your nightie so that when you come out of the bath its nice and toasty.

The heat pad was not warm enough. I was actually surprised that the thermostat was maxed at 6 degrees whereas the standard are usually about an intensity of “10,” which is an expected requirement in my aspect and hope that most people would agree with this statement.
