Smart with good call quality.
Easy to set up and there has been a noticeable improvement over our previous polycom soundwave 2 conference phone. Both parties can hear - previously we were getting comments all the time that we were breaking up or sounded muffled/echoey. It looks very smart, has wifi, mute button which when pressed lights the unit up like a space ship! So far we have been impressed with the quality of calls whether it's been to a mobile or a fixed line. If you make a lot of business conference calls than this phone is a good option at the price point..
