The first thing that has treated my Keratosis Pilaris
With the cryogel cream after usage, the feeling is magical, almost stinging and I experience a direct tightening effect. Best treatment for Keratosis Pilaris, my upper arms are smooth as silk nowadays. One of the best products in my bathroom!

Ouch - no pain no gain!
There is a lot of research showing that using a Derma Roller can improve the appearance of scars and stretch marks and give a better texture to your skin. The pinpricks activate the production of collagen by creating mini injuries in your skin and activating your natural healing response.Home derma rollers have needles less than 1mm and this penetrates through the level of your epidermis. This allows any serums and treatment creams to penetrate more deeply.I use several different treatment products - Vitamin C serum, Vitamin A Retinol serum and hyaluronic acid serum.Don't mind the headline - it's actually not outrageously painful - and you can manage the intensity by adjusting how hard you press the roller into your skin.It may be worth trying the 0.5mm roller before trying the deeper 1mm needles.

Swiss Clinic
This product, and the premise behind derma rolling, is frankly terrifying. I've heard great feedback from friends about how their skin has improved after trying these products so was eager myself, but found I reacted terribly (didn't use much pressure, followed instructions). Perhaps the 0.5mm was too deep for my skin type and I will therefore look for a 0.2mm model to see if it goes any better but from my experience, the derma roller isn't helpful at all to my complexion!

Skin roller
I love these skin rollers. I’ve been using them for a few years and find them extremely beneficial.

Great invention
I was very suspicious about this at first, but I’ve been using it for 5 days now and two people have commented on how healthy and luminous my skin looks - it looks the same to me, but I don’t usually get comments like this - so based on this, I am happy to rate this 5 stars. It’s not pleasant to use at first, especially on your forehead, but you will get used to it after a few days.

Great serum
I didn't actually get the body roller to review but the serum that you can use with it - Swiss clinic Rejuvenating Serum- which is currently available for £59. The serum is very good and contains vitamin E. It is non perfumed and I find it most effective when used on my face and neck before moisturising morning and night. I would have to use it for a while before deciding if it is worth the pricetag (although it was originally a lot more) but so far I really like it

Very comfortable and easy to use
Very comfortable and easy to use. For a while I'd used my smaller face roller to hit done scar tissue in my arms and legs and it does help reduce the appearance (in my opinion) but it is tedious with a smaller roller. This roller is maybe double the width of the facial roller so hits more surface and takes less time.Best place to use this I find is in the bath or shower. Where you can focus on the skin in your own time but also have the luxury of clean water to help keep the skin clear. I don't have a body resume to use but an hour after using the roller I use a body butter just to keep the skin supple and it seems to help. The needles are quite tiny and you feel these less on the body than you do in the face, it's not as intense as tattoo or laser treatment pain is, snd you can work up your own tolerance gradually.Worth getting - the facial rollers also really help make a difference (I notice my face looks a little clearer and slightly younger, even my pores are reduced). It takes a bit of time and frequency of use to see results - like most things, you have to work for it.
