The name itself signifed the quality and I am satisfied.

Warranty mismatch.
Good lock. But the box supplied as well as the warranty card within clearly states 1 year warranty, while the product specification at site as well as the invoice states 5 year warranty. Clarification needed on which one is correct.

Good quality and prompt service
Heavy and good quality lock as expected. Service was immediate arranged by Godrej and the service engineer Raees was very prompt and helpful.

Poor quality product
This was not expected from godrej locks, cheap quality and not up to the mark product. The golden colour started peeling off within 10 days and also the handles are not sturdy. Not recommended to buy.
