Band-Aid Brand Hydroseal Finger Adhesive Bandages for Wound Care and Blisters, All Purpose Waterproof Bandages for Cuts and Scrapes, 10 Count

1. Get careless. 2. Cut your finger bad. 3. Wash hand/finger well with soap and water. 4. Close the wound and press on it for several minutes until the bleeding comes under control. 5. If it's still bleeding, even a little bit, don't try to used this bandage. It does not work on bleeding wounds. 6. Apply another regular bandage that will absorb the blood and not stick to the wound. Apply this preliminary bandage firmly enough to keep the wound closed. 7. Wait until the next morning (or so), remove the bloody bandage, gently wash the wound again to make it clean, and dry it. 8. Carefully apply the Hydro Seal bandage to the cut making sure the cut is as close to the center of the band-aid as possible, and don't take it off until it stops doing its job of protecting the cut. Read the box directions. It lasts about four or five days for me. 9. After that, use your brain to figure out if you need to do anything else. I generally don't.

We've used this product for years. I introduced them to a friend, and she said they were "the Bomb!", a high compliment.They camoflage visible wounds and discourage scratching. Blisters are relieved immediately. All wounds heal more quickly with less scarring. Make sure the wound is clean and dry. You CANNOT use any antiseptic or cream with these bandages or they won't stick. If placed on dry skin, the bandages stay on several days, through multiple showers, if on a "flat" portion of the body, like arms, legs, back. Fingers, toes, heels need to be replaced more often, but still last longer than regular band-aids. They work well for bug bites, spots frozen at the dermatologist, anything that seeps or itches. The bangages create a fluid filled lump above the wound. When the lump flattens out, the bandage can be removed and the wound is healed. It's really amazing! Don't know how we lived without them...

I found this product very helpful for a deep cut at the tip of one finger. It's well padded and doesn't stick to the wound, which almost everything else I tried, did. I did not challenge this bandage's waterproof claim--when I bathed, showered, or shampooed, I also used a disposable glove anchored at the wrist with packing tape. I also didn't follow the direction to leave the bandage on till the wound healed. I changed it every day.In any case, it adhered well, protected my finger well even for typing, and seemed to do a better job with helping the wound to heal than any other product I tried.

Great product but very hard to get. My item was late in coming but the seller persevered and finally got me the product. I am going to rate this band aid 4 starts because it is almost perfect.I burned my finger a few years back and the scar is hideous. I try to hide it with band aids, but I wash my hands very often and this causes a huge burden on my wallet by using so many band aids in one day. I have used plastic, rubber, tough strips, tough fabric, waterproof (which isn't really waterproof), etc etcI have used numerous brands and they all fall short of useful.I am going on a big trip to another country and decided to look for a REAL waterproof band aid and I found these bad boys. I am very glad that I gave them a try because they really do work.I would rate them 5 stars but they almost instantly begin to peel at the edges therefore causing it to slowly detach little by little. But they are WAYYY better than to other band aids. More convenient as well. I wish they were a liiiiittle more affordable, but you get what you pay for.

I put this on early yesterday and then swam vigorously for a mile in the pool. After that, I took a long hot shower and then did the dishes. As of now, more than 24 hours later, this band aid is still looking great. It’s still sticking nicely and the wound is no longer throbbing. This product is really awesome. I ordered some more today.

These bandages have been fast at healing the cuts and scrapes on my fingers. I really appreciate how quickly they healed paper cuts. The adhesion strength has been great - these bandages stayed on in the shower. I have sensitive skin, which gets irritated by most bandage adhesives, and these bandages didn't irritate my skin at all.

I love how these hydro seal waterproof bandages help injuries heal quicker than with other bandages, or no bandage at all. They stay pretty well attached if you get them on perfectly the first time... but try to reposition them, even the slightest bit, and all bets are off... as are the bandages!
