Drum Sander Feed Belt Conveyor for older JET & Performax 16-32 Plus Drum Sander, 16-1/4" x 43-1/2" by Monarch Industrial

I bought this after my relatively new JET drum sander's conveyor belt started drifting and constantly had to be readjusted. I even read many reviews that the conveyor mechanism was not set up right from the factory. However, after many attempts to fix every possible alignment, it turned out to be a defective or poorly made belt that is not perfectly jointed at the seams causing a "CONE" shaped contour. This will cause constant drift either left or right and pretty much impossible to run true even with the most precise alignments of the rollers.So after trying a few brands including one from Kignspore, which exhibited the same problem. This one from Monark Industrial not only fitted well but also is running true after initial alignment. It has not drifted even after heavy use for over 6 months. I will buy it again or have an extra for replacement as it seems very well-made

have a performax 16/32 and getting harder to find parts. this belt works perfectly in my machine - replaced a torn and worn out belt that came with my machine. good grit grip and the tape seam is solid. should give me some long life on the sander.

If you want a smooth easy installation on your Performax 16-32 Plus drum sander get this belt! The belt came well packed in a large box that kept the belt from pinching in transit. (nice round loops) It only took 5 minutes to install and adjust. Unlike the belt i got from a vendor on Ebay this belt tracks straight. The belt is also 16-1/4" wide NOT 16". Perfect replacement for the worn belt i got with the sander.You got to love it when things go as smoothly as this replacement went. Thank you seller for offering this belt at a reasonable price. Was shipped promptly as well.

First of all I was really happy that it is the right size and fits my old Performax 16-32 . I am very impressed with the quality .Its made of good heavy material. I am sure it will last a long time . It was quite a job to instal . took a few hours . You have to take quite a bit of the machine apart to instal the new belt, but it tracked straight and true with just slight adjustments . This belt was a little pricey but it was worth it. couldn't be more satisfied.

Fit and tracked perfect. Had to return another's suppliers' belt because it would not track correctly.

This performax (Jet) 16-32 drum sander conveyor belt is the same heavy duty conveyor belt that came on my new sander 20 years ago. Yes I managed to take care of my conveyor belt for 20 years. The new belt fits perfectly and tracks correctly. I paid a premium price compared to others available because I wanted the heavier duty material not the lighter weight belts available today. I recommend this product and vendor for this product.

This item replaced the worn feed belt on my Powermaxx 16-32 drum sander. It fit perfectly and has performed exactly as expected.

Item was packaged well in a protective box. I let it rest for a day after unboxing to let curves from packaging work themselves out. Installing on machine was a snap - loosen two bolts on side opposite belt drive motor, slide new belt onto machine, restore two bolts and adjust tensioners on each side of the outflow table. Literally a ten-minute job.This belt seems every bit as good as the original Jet feed belt. Highly recommended.
