Great concept but....

I think this is the first time I have ever left a one star review, This product was recommended to me by a dog groomer, so I went home, got online in search for this supposed amazing product. I read and re read the info and even checked for videos on this product, and today I finally found time to bathe the dog and was eager to try this, Sadly it did absolutely nothing, no matter what method I used it did nothing, I'm completely frustrated because it's not a cheap product, and now I'm completely out of these funds that I really could not afford to lose.
