First of all, I am not trying to lose weight, I am not trying to quell my appetite or feel fuller longer, I am not trying to raise my energy levels or any of that sort of stuff.For a long time I had been suffering from alternating periods of ... well to put not too finer point on it, diarrhoea and constipation. My GP tried various drugs that actually made things worse and my occupation meant that I didn't always get a good choice of meals. Then I started taking these, just two in the morning with a healthy sized glass of water. What do you know - the gastric stress has stopped! My stomach hasn't ruptured, my esophagus hasn't exploded and I'm much happier!As with all ingestible products, they will work differently for different people and your mileage may vary.

Basically just fibre. Yes, it's good. But it's just that. Seems to spend waaay too much time making it sound better than it is.

I am unsure if the product is the problem, or if it is just me. These worked a treat years ago, and now I take two instead of one and it doesn't give me the same full feeling as it once did. So I have also upped my protein intake to help along with this. <3

It works pretty well if instructions are followed. It suppresses appetite well and makes you feel full faster. The only thing is to make sure you wait before eating (at least 30-40 mins); otherwise, you can get belly ache.

These capsules make not a bit of a difference to my appetite. Not an iota of a difference. I tried breaking a couple of capsules into a about 3cms of water in a mug and leaving it to see how much it swelled up - after 15 minutes it was slightly more viscous, but definitely still watery. So not sure how taking two capsules with 1-2 glasses of water would create a gel to fill the stomach. Probably get as much appetite suppression with just the water! I also notice that they are no longer available on Amazon, and have been replaced by a bag of powder, not capsules - is this because the capsules are simply no good?

Got it in the morning, took 1 day so was on time. Took 2 and all i got to say is i felt so full ( almost sick ) that i could not eat a single thing all day! Fantastic appetite suppressant, However too soon to say if there’s any side-effects but will update on review once finished.

Brilliant stuff. I only used it twice a day and lost 7lbs (3.2kg) within a month. Kept me full and stopped me snacking. I could have lost more if what I actually ate was healthier And exercised more often so will give that a try!

These tablets are easy to take and very effective,Just need to take 2 tablets a hour before eating with plenty of water and then you feel full much quicker when eating.Definitely recommend
